Absolutely amazing and faultless hotel with super kind people.

Wow! Today is the last of 10 amazing days at Prestige Altrium. Every minute here is great. The resort and hotel is beautiful and luxurious. It’s right in the beach which is very private, with its own beach bar. It’s not golden sand but the clear blue sea makes up for that. There are 4 restaurants to choose from and the food quality in them all was top notch. We spent most of our time around the pool which also has a bar. The thing that sets this place apart are the staff. So friendly and completely focused on making the stay enjoyable. Big shout out to: - Voula (big pool bar boss!) and her team Petros (big football fan) and the very lovely Ernesta who looked after us - including singing happy birthday! And Vasilis who wore out a pair of trainers bringing us drink orders by the pool. They’re fall ab! - Susanna in the main restaurant who made us smile and had a great sense of humour and breasted me about sunburn - Vladimir and Yanis - our 2 favourite Greek waiters who smothered us in friendliness and laughter - our cleaner who left amazing towel shapes on our bed and kept the room spotless for us - Lee, Aiden and Patrick (who also sang happy birthday!) from the scuba dive team - Katarina the ops manager super bubbly and friendly - Enias ‘the big dog’ hotel manager. He was everywhere speaking to guests to make sure everybody was having a good time. Top man The scuba experience is cool. You change right on the beach so no faff and it’s a 1:1 personal dive. We took a boat ride which is highly recommended. Picked up from the hotel, 5 mins away. We went to a paradise beach and then over the ship wreck and the finally stopped for snorkellling. We hired a car and went out to visit the island; Lindos, Rhodes old town, the Valley of the Butterflies and then headed up the mountains to a small Greek village restaurant recommenders by Yanis our waiter and eat lamb chops with the locals. I could go on as everybody we engaged with was great. Really friendly and helpful. And not forgetting the glorious constant sunshine of Rhodes. This was one of, if not the, best holiday we’ve ever had. So much so, we’re booked to come back in 2024!

We just came back from Rhodes and already miss everyone at the hotel!! Voula, Ivan, Yiota... you guys made our vacation so special, we are so thankful for your care and friendship! During our stay we had the privilidge of experiencing how the staff managed to treat thousands of guests who came from other hotels for one night. The personnel was so generous and patient with everybody. What stood out the most was the special care to families with young children who were given priority during breakfast, regardless of whether the guests were staying in the hotel or not. Our children Kristina and Adam send you many greetings and loved their presents and want to say a big THANK YOU to everyone at guest relations!! See you again in August! Z and J

We are a family of 3 and we spent a good week at the Artrium. Here is our verdict. The hotel grounds have been manicured to perfection. The gardens, the vast pool area, the restaurants and all spaces one passes through are perfectly maintained, superbly clean, shiny and kept at the best condition. Everything is classy - chic and has an opulent feel, despite not being the most modern anymore. Service is fast, reliable and always friendly. Greek hospitality is shining through on all levels. The manager making its round morning and evening, enquiring about their guest wellbeing, adds up and delivers a very personal and cared feeling. We had a super spacious room with a pool, first row after the beach and marvellous views over the sea. Tranquility,relaxation and natural beauty are attributes that come to my mind. The hotel doesn’t feel busy and overwhelmed like so many others. The breakfast had a huge variety I personally felt the fruit section could do with more choices. We only had breakfast included, hence we eat out a lot, therefore I am unable to comment on all dining options. The Asian restaurant could refine their recipes a bit, but still well done for offering choices and variety. The food at the Thalasso restaurant was super tasty. Thank you to the manager, who kindly, efficiently and with no fuss assisted with requests we had. Well done Artrium Prestige!

This hotel is amazing! Everything clean, service at the highest level. I would highlight how the staff is naturally nice and friendly. We used almost all the services of the hotel and everything was great. Gym, warm sea water pool, warm pool in a house with no roof so half covered etc. The hotel allows swallows to nest and feed their youngs. It is amazing to watch the parents feeding their chicks and the chicks coming out of the nests one by one. Probably because there are swallows here, we were not bitten by any mosquitoes during our stay! There are really no mosquitoes. Beach right next to the hotel clean, plenty of umbrellas and sunbeds. Bar by the beach and also by the pool. Water in the sea clear. We snorkeled and saw lots of fish, big and small. It is worth travelling to the south of Rhodes. It is divinely quiet, there are no crowds anywhere. We took a trip to nearby Prasonisi beach and we were delighted with that too.

My stay this time was in late October just before the closure. Weather was balmy and the water of the sea and the pool warm. I am grateful to Vasilis and Katerina who upgraded me to the best possible accommodation and meals scheme. I was spoiled this time with the best view, the best food and the best drinks and as always with the warmest and genuine hospitality. It was so good to see again Fotis, Ivan and Despina in the reception, Enias the hotel manager, Marilena in the mini market and Silvia in the clothes shop. As I mostly stayed inside the hotel this time I relaxed deeply to the point I almost forgot how the real world looks like. I cannot wait to come again to see the moon rising in 2024.

As someone who works in hotels I can be very fussy, I am generally very knit picky and can find fault in a lot of things. I chose this hotel for my honeymoon on the basis of positive reviews and my goodness did this place live up the expectations and then some. Firstly upon our arrival in the very early hours of the morning we were greeted by the lovely night auditor, who was so kind and helpful considering arriving at such a late hour. The porter who took us to our room was lovely and ensured I never lifted or even rolled my heavy suitcase from the taxi to my room. When we arrived in the room we were pleased to find that as it was our honeymoon, the towels were folded into beautiful swans on the bed, there was a fruit platter and a rose prosecco on ice waiting for us. To top it all off we were upgraded from a standard room to a junior suite with its own outdoor veranda and pool that we shared with a few other rooms. The private beach was a stones throw away, the loungers were the same as the ones by the pool, and were incredibly comfortable, the hotels app also worked at the beach so you could order food to your loungers down there as easy as you could up at the pool. The beach itself was clean and serine, you could walk along it and see the beautiful surrounding areas and just enjoy the secrecy. The food is delicious, the breakfast buffet was varied and there were multiple options in regards to sweet and savoury, my only complaint is the allergy information isn’t clear and as a nut allergy sufferer that is a concern for me, the signs were out but the boxes weren’t ticked. The pool bar was great, as well as the many restaurants on site, you could order food directly to your sun bed through an app with the ability to sign for your items as and when they arrived or pay cash before you left. By the end of our stay the staff knew when we ordered we preferred to pay on the day so there was never a hassle. The pool side is beautiful, whether you’re in a private pool, or the main pool no matter where you are you’re facing the sea, all around the hotel is the constant sound of the ebbs and flows of the water surrounding which is just unbelievably tranquil. Room service is fast efficient and the food is incredible, it always cames covered in cling film to ensure its security in transit, on the few occasions we ordered room service we were served by a lovely boy who came to drop the food off, and returned to remove the dirty plates when called. The spa is stunning it’s quiet and tranquil with the most lovely thermal spa I’ve been in, and the staff were incredible, the lovely lady who was working spa reception on our trip couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful, she was an absolute delight. I took a personal appreciation that in some places in the hotel birds had created nests and there was one in particular near our room where the babies had newly hatched, not only was this a conversation piece but it showed real respect for the beauty o

This year was the third time that my daughter and I have stayed at this wonderful hotel. We visited at the end of July to the beginning of August. This year the hotel and the rest of Rhodes faced huge challenges with the unfortunate wild fires which swept through the island while we were there. Never the less the hotel staff coped admirably and we still had a wonderful holiday despite us both falling ill after eating a bad meal at the Asia restaurant. All of the staff at the hotel are amazing but I would like to give very special thanks to Jani the Manager of pool restaurant who is one the most friendly and helpful people you could ever hope to meet along with his waiter Vladimir, Voula who is fabulous and always gives us the most friendly smile and welcome, The amazing manager at the main buffet restaurant, Vangelis the Chef, all of the beach bar and main bar staff and the hotel manager. Another MASSIVE thank you must go to Katerina the amazing Operations Manager. We had huge problems getting to the hotel due to the fires but Katerina extremely kindly went above and beyond to make sure we got a room at a sister hotel for the night when the road was blocked by fire. Unfortunately Katerina is no longer based at the Atrium Prestige which is a huge pity as with her there it always feels like our home away from home. Without her there it is still a great hotel but no longer quite feels like home.

We had a wonderful stay at Atrium Prestige. All staff was extremely friendly and caring. Rooms are spacious with wonderful views. An ideal place to go relax with your family. Thank you very much for making our stay so memorable. We hope to be coming back soon.
