Can't be better. Excellent location to explore city. Hosts are outstanding. Restaurants all over and in walking distance. Can not be cleaner.

We were so lucky to start our experience eon Rhoades at this lovely spot. The best thing about it was our hosts Yianni and Effie. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. On arrival they gave us an upgraded room. IT was beautiful with a lovely outdoor seating area. We stayed three nights and each morning were greeted with amazing breakfasts. They communicated via Whats app with recommendations, information about the island and answers to all of our questions. The apartment s are in a great location close enough to walk to everything and yet quiet. The atmosphere of the Old town is magical. You can not go wrong staying at this amazing location. I hope we can go back some day.

Overall this is a great location in the old town and a 10-12 min walk from port and main town. The apartments are spacious and comfortable with the comforts of home (stocked fridge, coffee machine etc) living and bedroom with TVs and large bathroom. The place was spotless. The highlight however was the welcoming, friendly and helpful staff who just made us feel at home

After a great deal of research looking for something extra special to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday we decided on the Utopia Luxury Suites, Old Town Rhodes and we’re so happy we did. We were delighted to find that the location of the apartment is close to everything & we comfortably walked everywhere. We visited in late October as we prefer it cooler & quieter. We took the airport transfer arranged through the Utopia direct to our accommodation, latterly in a golf buggy, which I highly recommend because if you’re getting dropped off at the gates of the Old Town by a taxi/bus it would be so easy to get lost. Upon arrival the welcome we received from Giannis & Efi was so warm & genuine we felt at home straight away, it was very clear to see that they go above & beyond when it comes to customer care & nothing is too much trouble. They even had delicious pastries for us to enjoy upon our arrival. We stayed in the apartment with private courtyard & pool and it’s absolutely fabulous…even better than the pictures. The apartment itself is gorgeous, beautifully decorated & extremely comfortable with plenty of space to relax & had everything we needed for our break. The fridge is stocked daily with water, juice, fruit, jams, etc. & the kitchen area has a hob & breakfast bar should you wish to cook & dine in. The courtyard is very pretty & is the perfect outdoor space to dine or simply chill out in. The pool is fantastic, crystal clear water cleaned daily by Giannis himself, bigger than we anticipated & absolutely perfect for escaping the heat of the day…..we loved it…just bliss! We had breakfast included & what a breakfast it is! See the pictures!…it’s huge! Everything freshly prepared & it varied every day….absolutely delicious & definitely enough to keep you going all day!! The lovely Evita who made our breakfasts also looked after our room & it was always fabulously presented & scrupulously clean. Her attention to detail is amazing & nothing is too much trouble for her…she’s just wonderful! All in all I can’t recommend the utopia luxury suites highly enough, the service is the best we’ve ever had, the attention to detail is exceptional & the wonderful welcome & genuine friendliness of Giannis, Efi & Evita is fabulous, there was even a gift of the most beautiful cakes for my husband’s birthday…so very kind & thoughtful & such an unexpected surprise! We’ve stayed in great accommodation all over the world but it’s fair to say we have never been so well looked after as we have been here… it really is something very special indeed! ❤️

Had a great stay in the heart of old town. Efi, Evita and Giannis are very friendly and helpful hosts, providing information and recommendation when needed. Our room was nicely decorated and designed with all needed amenities. Breakfast was superb and nicely presented. Will definitely book again when coming to Rhodos. Highly recommended

Amazing accommodation in a great location but better than that the wonderful hosts.. Efi and Giannis 😍… from treats and wonderful cocktails at the matchbox bar (you cannot find better made cocktails than this anywhere) all from the heart of the lovely proprietors I can’t say enough great things about here and them apart from stay here in a fab location and with people that care about you and your holiday experience 😁..

So kind and thoughtful, Efie Giannis & Evita made us so welcome and even organised our transport to the ferry port. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh and delicious. Lovely stay again right in the heart of fascinating old town and will stay there again in future.

Our stay at Utopia Luxury Suites was so incredible and special that I struggle to find the words to describe the greatness of it all. The overwhelming kindness, considerateness and generosity of the hosts and staff really made our vacation. Our hearts are full because of their love. The place is located near the main street of Rhodes old town and it was easy to walk there. The staff member, Evita, was right there in the yard welcoming us as we arrived, and she showed us everything and told us about the Old Town and places to go. Her joy and kindness made us feel happy and welcome right away. Our suite was wonderful and we had our own private terrace! The fridge was full of water, juice and fruits ready for us. The suite was tidy and clean every day and the staff saw every tiniest need of ours before we even asked. It was a positive surprise that the breakfast was served in our room and at the time we wanted it (good for us because we like to sleep in!). Our hosts were amazing! That kind of kindness and generosity you could expect only from the closest people of yours! It was super easy to communicate with them, they were very flexible and arranged everything for our best. We loved their fun and warm presence as the hosts have their own bar next to the suites. They even helped my partner to arrange a romantic proposal of marriage for me! 😍💍🥰 One of us got sick on the day we were supposed to leave, so luckily we got to extend our stay with two more days at Utopia. The hosts and staff took really good care of us and checked on us continuously and put so much effort on our well-being. Our stay at Utopia was unforgettable and we will surely recommend this place to everyone! Thank you Efi, Giannis and Evita! Much love from us! - Silvia & Jan
