レジデンス ルンゴマーレ - チャーミング アパートメント(Residence Lungomare - Charming Apartments)

We spent a really nice vacation in Lungomare Apart-hotel organized with all facilities: next to the beach, perfect location next to shopping and food area with lot of gluten free (senza glutine, dieta bezglutenowa) services. There is a fantastic style lobby with see view to enjoy your peacefull breakfast with really nice Staff that care in a proper way for all guests hospitality and their specific needs as example our with specific allergens! We just have not try their last floor setting-piano restaurant with fantastic rate and adriatic cost overview. I will come surely again to the same place to complete what we miss due to our bit out of season stay. Lungomare Aparthotel propose also good rate respect other hotel therefore for specific family as our: 2 adults+2kids (12 & 9) it was the best choice we could catch. I would realy recommend this ApartHotel for families and also adults that want to catch a romantic moments during vacation/holiday! Riccione is a really an old known place with modern approach and they keep this level - complimenti!!! The Lungomare hotel create our vacation unforgetable and special!!! I stayed at Residence Lungomare with my family for our summer vacation in June. The apar**ent was amazing and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We walked to the beach every day. We also visited San Marino which was a great experience. I highly recommend Residence Lungomare!

I booked Lungomare with the view that we are booking Lungomare. We got to the hotel in the evening tired from the journey to find it covered in scaffolding. We called the hotel and no one answered for the next 30 mins. ********** couldn’t get through either. After about an hour, we found out that we will be taken to another hotel. As we got to the other hotel and started offloading our luggage, we were told that we would be taken to stay in what looked like a residential building across the road. Lungomare was a total nigh**are! I wish I have never booked it. With 2 kids after 6 hour journey, not only we got delayed, but the staff was rude and unwelcoming. I am very dissatisfied with ********** who did not arrange a refund or a discount for the appalling service after we filed the complaint!

We had a really nice one night stay as part of a longer trip. The customer service was excellent and the apar**ent one of the nicest we have stayed on. Would throughly recommend!

Dopo anni di frequentazione di Riccione purtroppo denoto un certo livellamento verso il basso dei servizi offerti. Sarò stato sfortunato? Prezzo/qualità: prezzo di un Residence troppo alto per la qualità dello stesso. Accoglienza: da rivedere assolutamente. La fretta nell'accogliere i clienti ed un sorriso in più non guasterebbero. Prende 2 pallini solo perchè la ristorazione al VI piano era di qualità. Il resto lo scritto direttamente in Direzione dell'Albergo, nella speranza che diano una risposta alla mia e-mail.

La struttura da poco rinnovata e' di altissima qualita'.

Abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento Top prestige nella casa bianca lungo il canale. Infatti gli alloggi sono “dispersi” in diverse strutture, mentre il checkin è presso l’hotel Lungomare. Alloggio bellissimo, curato nei minimi particolari, pulito. Ogni stanza con i propri servizi. Parcheggio e pulizia giornaliera compresi. È tutto elettronico ed abbiamo avuto un problema con le chiavi in ingresso… rimanendo sigillati fuori. Risolto prontamente dal personale. La posizione è super… vedevamo in mare dalla bella terrazza e a due passi dalla via pedonale.
