It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. First, we met a wonderful staff - smiling and friendly :) It was really nice, that there is coffee mashine, where you can get a coffee for free and water (sparkling and still) is also for free. Room is cosy and comfortable, cleaned every day. Breakfast is amazing! Variety of food! What is more - fantastic rooftop swiming pool. Kids loved it! Warm water, wonderful view! :) You need a cap there, but you can buy it at reception just for 1 eur. Hotel location is perfect- about 7 min to the sea, 5 min to main street with shops and restourants. I really recommend it and I would love to come back here! ☀️

Disappointing Stay – Run away! We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was far below any acceptable standard — there were visible stains on both the bedsheets and towels. The pool was also a major issue: the water was green! and completely uninviting (see attached photo comparing their false advertising vs. reality) When my daughter raised her concerns about the pool, she was met with aggression instead of accountability — she was actually yelled at, by the owner (who's the mother of the manager) for complaining. Told that we can either leave or call the police or she will kick us out. Really unbelievable that a hotel can be run like this. I strongly doubt their 4 star qualification. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Excellent breakfast, lots to choose from. Filtered water station at the end of the hall was very convenient and saved us from having to buy water bottles. Room was clean and roomy. Lots of storage. Did the online checking which made it easy when we got to the hotel. Only thing, if I had to say something I didn’t like is that they only had a liquid soap in the shower that was shampoo and body wash all in one. No conditioner.

Very friendly and helpful staff, with restaurant and sightseeing suggestions, especially English-speaking Marco. Fantastic breakfast, rooms spotlessly clean.

Heyy it’s my second time i came to this hotel and I’m happy to say that it’s the best choice i ever done im really happy with the service and the people that work here .And everyone was really friendly and the best part was the breakfast with all the young guys that they were always smiling and so helpful! I highly recommend it! Thank you so much hotel Augustus for this amazing experience.
