We didnt even stay. The lady checking us in was on the phone the whole time. She was high on something. When i asked if we were almost done with the check in she looked at me like i hadnt been standing there for 20 minutes. We just took the loss and went to another hotel.

I showed up at 2 am to get my room with my daughter . Called all 3 numbers listed on the door. No answer. I started to drive and got a call back from a lady that was sleeping. I had already drove 20 minutes. Was not going to turn around. Besides there was a couple scary looking guy’s hanging out in the parking lot

Spacious but feel dark, offer minimum necessary amenity, sheets has spot but tolerable. Overall it’s good if price is reasonable.

It was the last available place to stay during the eclipse and now we know why😂 No frills. Pretty clean but super run down and old. The bedding was thin and had stains. The plugs wouldn’t stay in the outlets. Smelled old and musty. Outside was sketch. People stomping in room above all night. Light bulbs missing in the fixtures. Etc etc.

This is the worst overnight I've ever had at a business. First and foremost, the room was advertised as one king and one queen, but was actually two queens. The whole room was in shambles: stains on the bedding, no shower curtain, and the power outlets had no covers and were too loose to safely use. It wouldn't have mattered anyway, though, because the power kept going in and out all night. Even the floor was awful! The room I received was not level, as in there was a bump on the way to the bathroom. Everyone in my party kept stumbling on it! This was not worth ANY amount of money. Even in a pinch, just sleep in your car instead of going to this motel.

I know the other hotels and inns were all booked due to people checking in to see the solar eclipse. So, this was the only last option, but I would’ve slept in the car rather than gather bed bugs and hair lice sleeping in this nasty inn with almost everything broken and absolutely everything dirty.

This hotel was nothing like the pictures. For $255. I thought it would be a nice stay for my wife and I. It was run down, The bed was not made - you didn’t want to sleep on it anyway. It smelled bad. I asked for a cancellation/refund. The clerk said I had to contact *******. We continued driving and did not stay there. ******* was very difficult to contact and deal with. We have a case open with *******. We hope for a credit on our credit card.

Literally the only hotel in the southern half of Utah with availability due to the eclipse occurring the next morning. Drove an hour out of the way but needed somewhere to sleep. Looked sketchy outside when we arrived, the lobby had strange decor but it appeared clean. Checked in and received a hand written paper with our room number and a code. The code is the key to open the room door. Hauled all of our stuff up the rusty stairs and opened our room door to find people already using the room. Fortunately, they were very kind and understanding. After sincere apologies we received an empty room. The deadbolt didn’t work and the chain lock was missing the chain so we felt unsecured. It appeared our room was subject to a previous flood as there were water marks and mold up over the baseboards. The box springs under the mattresses were exposed and looked like they were drug in from an abandoned field. Holes were punched in the walls and bathroom door. Cigarette ash was floating in the toilet. Two stained hand towels were the only towels available. Hair dryer was ripped off the wall and missing. Everything was filthy. Sketchy people wandering around the parking lot. It appears it’s probably a rent by the hour motel.

There were bugs crawling all over in the bath room, I videoed the bugs. Room lock was unsafe, befd very old and uncomfortable. No breakfast served, and cup of coffee offered "after" 9:00. Sheets on bed had 4 places of dark stains, and a cigarette hole in the sheet!! No wash clothes in room, and no one to ask for them.I was very disappointed that ******* actually had any connections to this unrecommendable, facility! It m
