Excellent for my trip nice

Our stay at the Selwyn was great. The staff were so kind and helpful. The hotel is in a great location - very convenienty located by several great cafes and pubs as well as nearby the train station which mah transport to the rest of London very easy during our stay.

Everything was wonderful except for the tub/shower. High to enter and exit the tub and the narrow bottom and sloping tub walls make it a little treacherous. I would be very worried for an older guest or anyone with mobility difficulties.

The Selwyn is a fantastic hotel for anyone planning to visit Richmond. We stayed for two nights with our family of three in room 210. It was one of the only hotels we found during our stay in and around London with two good size beds and additional space for hanging out in the room. The amenities provided in the room were fantastic. Excellent tea coffee and biscuit options as well as full size bottles of both still and sparkling water. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was courteous and professional. Anytime we had a request they were prompt in addressing it. The rooms were updated and clean as was the entire property. The location is an easy walk from the rail station and sits right on several key bus routes. You can walk to most of Richmond's sites from the hotel and there is excellent food and grocery options very close by. Highly recommend for both business and personal travel.

Such a lovely hotel. Staff were so helpful and friendly. The cleanliness was superb. It was situated a short stroll from the train station and the theatre. Plenty of places to eat and drink in walking distance from the hotel

This is a perfect accommodation when exploring both Richmond and London. The tube station is just few minutes away and takes roughly 45mins to central London. The hotel itself is so well managed; everything super clean and neat. Service was outstanding all the way. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but coffee was good :) The room itself was very small, but we dod not need much more space as we mainly just slept there. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit London, but sleep in a much more serene area!

A lovely hotel, great location for walking into Richmond or getting the tube into London. You need to prebook parking which we did at short notice. Very efficient reception staff.

The rooms where smaller than expected and the airplane noise was constant from 4:30am til 12:00 midnight. If your a light sleeper choose elsewhere.

We had booked a hotel round the corner for 2 nights but so awful we checked out after first night and stayed here, thankfully!
