The room we originally booked had a few items to be fixed and we were compensated by being upgraded to a bigger room on the same floor and one day breakfast. Hardin at the front desk was very helpful and the cleaning lady, Emily, was very careful and picked up what we left after we moved room.

Scary Evening The barn door was off the hinge and the door fell , almost hit me while trying to open it to get to the closet . Some how managed to get to the phone and called for help. The barn door was blocking the exit door as well . Slow response for the repair and poor offerings for inconvenience. Bed was off the boxspring , had to have someone in to reposition it. Facilities as the fitness club are old and rust evident inside pool area and shower facilities. Children using hot tub even after sign clearly states they are not to and no one onsite to enforce rules. Kids running up and down the hall making a lot of noise . Clearly understaffed.

Very clean and comfortable hotel, the stay was amazing! I checked in with my dog. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, spacious and well furnished with a good outside view. The sleep quality was excellent, and the mattresses were soft. The location is near coffee stores and restaurants.

Had requested for early check-in when making the reservation on Trip.com. Upon arrival, hotel recep informed that room was not available for early check-in. Advised and upgraded to the adjoined Sheraton hotel under the same local management with top-up at half-day rate which was very reasonable. Very clean room and facilities. Enjoyed the 5N stay. Recommended.

I was upgraded to nearby Sheraton Parkway Toronto North Hotel & Suites without paying more.

The hotel is good. It is clean and near the highway. If self laundry service and free breakfast is provided.It will be perfect!

After hours they don’t have anyone to check in,I need to check in by Sheraton.and the they misunderstood me and they tell me I am lucky because the room is still available,otherwise I have to leave the hotel.i have to pay twice for deposit.and I question them why have to hold twice the deposit,they said they always here,but they don’t know I don’t live in Canada.it is ok the do that,but not the right way to speak to customers like that.

Stayed 6 nights for work. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Location is good and very convenient to where I wanted to be. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely return!

8am & 10am were still sleeping, housekeeping knocking & opening the door but good thing its double lock inside but still They disturb us

Breakfast is okay. Close to highway. Good for relaxation.
