It was already snowing and we were expecting bad weather, so I arrived at 1:00 pm ahead of the check-in time of 4:00 pm. My room was ready; however, they charged my $30 plus tax as an early check-in fee that was charged to my private credit card. Felt that was totally ridiculous given the adverse weather! Other than that, my stay was good.

The restaurant had had a flood but the waiter did everything he could to provide a dinner for us. What I didn’t like was the loud and obnoxious music in the dining room and lobby and please get away from New York designers who only see sterile gray as the decor.

This hotel was very comfortable and clean. I liked that it was within walking distance to the Richmond Convention Center. There is a walkway from the parking garage to the convention center to avoid the weather elements.

This hotel was a blessing after a horrible experience earlier in the day. We booked our room last minute. The Valets and front desk staff were amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay on a holiday weekend. Highly recommend!

The neighbour seemed having party all night long, made us wake up a few times. We reached out to front desk but it was not resolved immediately. My friend’ room was on the same floor, further away from that party room. They also tried reaching front desk. We had very important event on the next day. This terrible stay made us very tired experience for that import event on the next day.

I always loved this hotel, it’s in the middle of downtown, lots of nearby parking options, restaurants, and entertainment. The didn’t disappoint. I already can’t wait until my next stay.

Wonderful stay… we reserved a room with club amenities and were happy we did. Breakfast, WiFi, water, cappuccino and snacks all available and included. Lovely staff, great service and immaculately clean updated room. Couldn’t ask for more!

Perfect location for an event, parking was easy to find, check-in went well, fitness center was awesome, and can easily walk to many locations--dining, shopping, and interesting attractions.
