I enjoyed the breakfast, except the waffle, the batter isn't good quality, the bathroom still has hair but other than that is clean, convenient, close to restaurants, front desk are nice.

Property is in need of major repairs and maintenance.

Great stay , room smelt kind of moldy but nonetheless I was able to sleep without distractions.

I do not know this for certain but there was an odor in the room. This smelled to me like some type of bug spray. It was very unpleasant.

People behind the desk had no understanding of my situation since i booked thru a app and was not trying to hear anything i was trying to explain even when i had the confirmation screenshot ready to show. Payed for 2 nights was told i can only stay for 1. I was told the do's and don't(s) and i agreed but didnt make a difference. One positive note on my stay, shoutout to the maintenance man. can thru like santa when i needed him for a issue when the desk crew gave me the cold shoulder. By the way still waitin on my refund for 1 night...............

This is exactly what you’d expect at this price. The room was very clean, the bathroom was just pretty outdated. It does look like they’re working pretty hard on updates though. I will say, I wish it was a non smoking hotel, because even though our room had no smoke odor, the hallways were very strong… and not of tobacco smoke. We didn’t have any issues with noises or people keeping us up. We had no plan on using the shower (they really needed to be updated) but my daughter ended up needing to get in. There was no hot water, just a tad warm. The managers were made aware, and I did see someone in the halls later asking if we had hot water back, so I think they were fixing it. I would say overall if I needed a cheaper hotel in the area again I wouldn’t have an issue staying here.

Front desk staff was friendly but the property was disgusting. Every room smelled like smoke. Sheets were dirty and had burn holes in them. Disabled and broken security cameras. So bad we didn’t even spend the night.

Very nice upgrade lobby and room the bathtub needs updating but I think they are working on it great bed great stay
