Well where to start? This is a cosy and exceptionally run hotel. The attention to detail by the ladies that run this place is without fault! You can tell that the staff here put their utmost pride, heart and soul into ensuring that that this hotel retains a high calibre of customer satisfaction. They go above and beyond the call of duty, making sure that guests are happy and assisted at all times. The room I had was a little small but I had initially turned down an upgrade given to me owing to the fact that I was staying in the hotel solo and the room bestowed upon me contained two single beds separated by a built-in bedside table. So I opted for a double but with a smaller balcony and a view of the road and the pool. Still, the room was comfortable, clean and cosy and was more than adequate for me, a solo traveller. The location of the establishment is situated right by the beach and in and amongst the town, conveniently just a stone's throw away from restaurants, cafes and shops. The breakfast was superb and even offered Prosecco for those wanting the added touch of a boozy first meal! Moreover it's breakfast with a 360 degree view of the beach - a great way to start the day! The pool was fantastic, small but enough for the limited patrons staying at the hotel. The gym admittedly was disappointing as the dumbbells only went up to a meagre 7 or 8kg. I'd suggest perhaps increasing the quantity of higher weights or alternatively getting a multi-purpose training system - the latter of which is in the photos but evidently has been removed. I'd thoroughly recommend staying at this hotel if you value a personal touch in a cosy hotel with commendable facilities and run by staff that genuinely care about your well-being!

perfect stay in Rimini in summer time for two, for a bigger families it would be considered as rather small rooms (maybe not all, but standart ones are small and tight), furniture a bit old but working well, bar service and breakfast are perfect

They are incredibly kind, calm and helpful Clean room, adequate breakfast, parking is difficult, the proximity to the sea is good, the beach is excellent, the sunbed staff is also excellent Nice......

We had a very comfortable stay in this very good located hotel.very clean and excellent service. Very clean and fully equipped beach,nice people, good shops,nice restaurants, the port of San Marino and long beach are highly recommended.

Watch the cleaning lady. Overall the beach was nice. The pool is nice. The entryway was nice. The people were friendly. The location was nice. The people were friendly. The warming rack in the bathroom was not operable. It was broken.. the beach towels were nice. The balcony view as wonderful..

Very beautiful place. Nice hotel corresponding to 4* quality. The reception worked 24/7 and always very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are comfy with a view of the sea, very clean. Every day new towels. Nice outdoor seating. Sandy beach at a distance of 3 minutes from the hotel. The only minus is the fee of 20 euros for a sunbed+parasol for 2 person/per day. Otherwise, the sea and the beach are clean. We enjoyed it very much.

This is a great hotel to stay in, set in a good location in Rimini, a stone’s throw from the beach (it has its own section, payable), on one of the main streets and very close to bustling life (day and night) of tne beach and town. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, as good as they come for a very reasonable price. Breakfast room on the top floor has exceptional views - and the food isn’t bad either. Staff are friendly and helpful, always willing to assist.

Wonderful facility, clean with very professional and friendly staff. The location was excellent with good access to the beach and to amenities. It was close to the centre of activities but the rooms were quiet. The food was excellent.

Beautiful place on the beach in Rimini, close to several very good places to eat. There are several places to visit within a 30 minute drive or if you prefer walking there are many places to shop and explore.
