Very good experience with the stay. The room was descent and so was the dining, living area, balcony and bathroom. The breakfast was good if not great. Very close to the sea and easily accessible. We travelled with our friends and family. Although we had everything in order, one of our friend complained about water spilling over from bathroom on the floor each time during shower because of a leakage.

Fantastic spa hotel, the best ever. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything with the hotel was perfect, the rooms tidyness, the breakfast was tasty, the spa also wonderful. Excellent spahotel, thank you!

A great experience, lovely choice of music always, lovely staff and place of peace, vegan options at breakfast, comfortable everything and there was one staff member in particular Eleonora who took care of us so much even though I saw that it was only one person for taking care of everything for breakfast and still the customer service was incredibly professional and top quality. That staff member is definitely a potential manager if not already. Thank you to all of you who took care of us also keeping our rooms so nice and helping us to feel at ease in the spa. There are many many problems with this hotel: - the wifi internet access is extremly weak. In the half of the room there is no internet at all. - on the website it is said there is a gym. But as a guest you can not use the gym in normal times (7am-10am an 5 pm-7pm) because there are group classes. Which would also be great but it cost 25 eur / hour. RIDICULOUS - the music in the outside pool in on until.10.30 pm. Its very loud. You can not open the window to get fresh air if you would like to sleep. - the temparture in the room can not be controlled - the rooms are a bit outdated. - the staff seems helful but don't solve anything. Nor internet problem.. Nothing. We wanted to leave earlier but nothing special discount from the price of the room.

I was in this great hotel with my family. All the staff was always kind and available. The room was very big and comfortable with also two terraces. Incredible breakfast with everything you wish. Even if October the external swimming pool was ready with warm water for relaxing time. To go back as soon as possible again and again!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay here. We had a large suite overlooking the sea. Clearly a busy hotel with people coming for short and longer stays and the business adapts itself well throughout the year. We went at the end of season and it is clear Rimini is closing down for winter. Many beach facilities were shut and bulldozers were piling sand up on the beach to stop erosion. The hotel remains busy though. The breakfast buffet whilst limited to some we have experience is still sufficient a choice of continental options and a limited menu is available through the day. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a trip into the old town is a must and can be done in 30 minutes walk. We had a car and paid the 10euros parking per night in the hotel. There is little free parking in Rimini. At 748sq ft our room was huge and split on two levels with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Comfortable for four, but a squeeze for six I would say. Balcony was spacious and had a great view looking over the beach. There is ample bus, tram and e-bike/ scooter hire if you want it. Didn’t use the pool or spa, but they were clearly popular with people often still in there at 2200. Overall a very pleasant base for our adventures. Staff were all friendly and helpful, but if you want more than sun, I’d recommend a car to go to local towns and cities like Ravenna upto an hours drive away for the historic sights.

Hotel was clean and staff were helpful and friendly with good English. Great location opposite the beach with a 25 minute walk to the old town. Loads of places to eat around the hotel and short ride from the airport.

With my family we enjoyed our stay in this perfect hotel. The services was of an above average level with friendly people from the reception, bar and cleaning team. All in all great holiday and I lovely stay.

What a great hotel. The location was excellent and the staff friendly. The pool and seaside views were fantastic. Make sure to take advantage of the breakfast and beach area. Just a short walk to a family friendly beach
