プレミアインに宿泊するならトイレブラシを持っていきましょう！ 私はプレミアインをよく利用しています - 便利で快適で、お金に見合う価値があります。今回ではない！悪い意味で、企業のポリシーに変更があったようです。チェックイン時に受け取ったカードには、12:00までにフロントに通知することで部屋を手配できると書かれていたので、それを実行しました。私が部屋に戻ったとき、何もされていませんでした！レセプションは、本社のポリシーは現在、1泊以上の滞在を対象としており、部屋は5日後にしか埋められないことを知らせてくれました！幸いなことに、彼らはきれいなタオル、交換用のティーバッグ、トイレブラシを見つけました。その後、バーの誰かが部屋を片付け、バスルームを掃除するのを手伝ってくれました。スタッフの有用性については最高点ですが、企業の清潔さについては点数がありません。

性價很高，雖然位置較偏僻，但一入到房間，感到無比的大同舒適，加上檯面是香港人幫我check in ，你比的安心。可以講廣東話了。

プレミア プラス ルーム 514 に 2 度目の滞在です。とても広く、とても清潔で、素敵な改装済みの部屋とシャワー ルーム。本当に質の良いトイレタリーです。プレミア インは、私たちが過去 5 年間利用しているチェーンです。レストランで食事をしましたが、ダビデがサービスしてくれました。彼は常にすべてのゲストに気を配ってくれました。今回も素晴らしい滞在をさせていただき、スタッフ全員に感謝します。

Stayed 1 night for our flight in the morning we got checked in room lovely and clean super comfy bed we had an evening meal which was superb and lovely chilled atmosphere must praise all the staff but especially sharon and pan that was serving us at our table excellent service and very attentive and super friendly made us feel very welcome 10/10

Recently (June this year) had a holiday in Turkey which was great, bad bit was decided to stay in Premier inn Runger lane north at Manchester Airport due to the late return of our flight home. Stay booked in advance for 2nd / 3rd June 25. Unfortunately arrived at the hotel 02-30. Hotel was ok, we left at 10-30 the next day, when leaving the guy who checked us out gave me a number to key into the machine outside to pay for the parking, all went well, 2 weeks after getting home received a non payment fine of £60 from Horizon Parking stating I left without paying. I could appeal, which I did. Sent Horizon a copy of my bank details covering that period and asterixed the payment of £12 to Horizon on 3rd June, my appeal was rejected but I could appeal again if I had a receipt. (printer not working at the machine at Premier Inn. They said in my case to show good faith they would reduce the fine to £15. This went seriously against the grain, but at my wife's insistence I paid the £15. Moving on to a solicitor would have cost an arm and a leg more. I will not use any pace in future the has this sort of system in place. Please be aware of Horizon's tectics.

Great stay can’t fault it amazing service and very clean. All the staff was very attentive over all a great experience. Will be definitely going again.

Had booked only for 1 night and had the best sleep ever.The pillows are the fluffiest I've ever seen. Breakfast was top notch. Will definitely come again

Booked 1 night stay (family of 4) with breakfast and lunch (meal deals). Arrived 4am due to flight delays from Spain. Room very comfortable and spacious, beds very comfy. However, late check out unavailable and lunch not served in this hotel. Advertising is ambiguous and unclear regarding meals available. As we had to be at the airport again for 4:30pm and dinner starts at 5pm we missed out on dinner too.
