ホテルについては文句の付けようがありません。清潔さ、食事、部屋、そしてスタッフへの特別な褒め言葉、すべて例外なく完璧でした。

Considerando o alto custo dos hotéis na região e o propósito da viagem (trabalho), foi uma boa escolha.

Excellent service, with a conveniently located spot, just a short 5-minute walk to Copacabana Beach and safe for walking. Jonathan and Lucas in the lobby provided great service. Many tours can pick you up from here, and they have information about plenty of nearby activities.

A estadia foi excelente em função da atenção dos funcionários, a localização do hotel, o valor cobrado e as condições das instalações. O café foi bem completo e servido, com itens de qualidade e muito saborosos.

The staff is outstanding, really kind, professional and polite. The room was small, but the bathroom and the shower were excellent. The location is really good, several restaurants, bakeries and close to the beach.

Stayed at the hotel for New Year’s Eve. Location is prime, staff is helpful. Room is decent.

The staff at the Windsor Copa are hard working and do their best to provide excellent service for their customers. As an english speaking visitor, there are several employees who are bilingual and can assist you when needed. Everything that you need is within walking distance of the hotel. Should I be in this area again, I would definitely choose the Windsor Copa. Regarding safety, the best advice I was given by a Carioca is to 'blend in' and do not give someone a reason to take what you have ie. constantly looking at your cellphone on the street/beach, wearing expensive jewelry.

Esperava mais do hotel pelo preço da diária, como piscina em algum local do mesmo.

The staff are always friendly and helpful! Breakfast is very good! The restaurant food is good and better than the restaurants on the street. Location is excellent only few minutes to metro and the beach! We will come back and stay here again!

Gostei muito do hotel, ótima localização, ótimo café da manhã, banheiro muito confortável. Só achei o quarto um pouco pequeno! Mas voltaria com certeza
