これは改装中の物件であり、潜在能力があることを理解しています。低出力のエアコン付きの部屋でしたが、一晩なら大丈夫でした。朝食、OK TMB。とても親切なスタッフ（受付係から客室係まで）。

部屋は清潔でいい香りがしましたが、下のベッドを動かしたらとても埃っぽかったです。コーヒーは少し薄かったですが、一泊の料金を考えると価値がありました。ジムは素晴らしく、器具は新しくて機能していました。一つ確かなのは、コーヒーは最悪で、ジュースは人工的なものでしたが、そのようなジュースが好きな人にとっては一泊の料金を考えると価値がありました。

中心部のよい立地ですが、非常に危険な場所です。バスルームが汚く、設備も非常に古い。エアコンがとてもうるさいです。

列に並んでいたときから、顧客がいくつかのことで不満を言っていることに気づきました。リモコンやドアについて 1 時間ほどでした。 私自身、テレビ画面に問題があり、画像が正しく表示されませんでした。 破れたシート。 見た目が悪い冷蔵庫。 バスルームは下水のような臭いがします。 ベッドの寝心地が悪く、首にひどい痛みを感じて目が覚めました。

ホテルは良いですが、あまり多くの宿泊客を収容できる構造ではありません。エレベーターやカフェはいつも混雑していますが、レジャーエリアは美しく、価格を考えれば、それでも価値があると思います

A very good hotel for its money. Spacious room. I liked everything. Clean room, bed, white and clean towels. Cleaning every day. Breakfasts are good for such Brazilian hotels.

Dirt and Disgusting – This Hotel Should Be Shut Down I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. The room was in deplorable condition: • Mold and mildew all over the ceiling and walls. • Heavy water damage and visible black mold near the window. • The shower ceiling was covered in black spots. • Curtains were stained, walls were dirty, and the smell of humidity was overwhelming. • Even the entrance mat was filthy — a clear sign of neglect. This is not just poor maintenance — it’s a health hazard. No one should have to stay in a place like this. The room should be inspected by health authorities and closed until it meets minimum sanitary standards. 🛑 I strongly recommend staying elsewhere. This was disgusting, dangerous, and unacceptable.

Good location just one minute walk from Praça Tiradentes in the historic city centre. The hotel is old and needs some refurbishment. WiFi signal was poor. Nice bathroom. The mattresses were old. Considering the cheap price including free breakfast, I would stay there again.

Hotel agradável e com uma equipe muito atenciosa. Tivemos um problema com a reserva na chegada, mas o recepcionista se prontificou a resolver tudo rapidamente e da melhor forma possível. O quarto estava limpo e organizado, e o ar-condicionado funcionava perfeitamente. O único ponto negativo foi a tampa do vaso sanitário, que estava quebrada. As áreas comuns boas, porém podem ficar um pouco pequenas caso o hotel esteja com ocupação máxima. A comida do restaurante não nos agradou, mas, por outro lado, o café da manhã é muito bom para um hotel dessa categoria, com boas opções. O atendimento dos funcionários foi excelente durante toda a estadia. Ficamos apenas uma noite, mas voltaríamos com certeza.
