Location is the only redeeming quality of this hotel. Rooms are FINE, but they are paper thin. Customer service is non existent. There’s a coffee booth at the front of the hotel that I saw one person working once and I was there for 10 nights. I asked if I could check in an hour early, I ended up waiting 1.5 hours (30 mins past check in time) to check in. Wasn’t allowed to have friends up to my room during NYE, lots of rules, lots of questions and zero amenities to show for it. I went 2 days without soap being replaced, breakfast cuts off DIRECTLY at 9:50c is supposed to start at 6, but actually starts closer to 6:30. Food is mediocre. If you’re fine with spending $200-$300 a night for a bed and a great location, this is the spot for you. No other redeeming qualities.
