リオ クエンテ リゾーツ - ホテル ジャルディーノ(Rio Quente Resorts - Hotel Giardino)

Nossa experiência neste hotel foi maravilhosa! Adquirimos hospedagem para dois adultos e um bebê com o hot parque incluso, café da manhã e janta. A recepção é muito boa, você entra com o carro na passarela em frente e já vem pessoas te auxiliar e com carrinho para carregar as malas, o carro do a guardado no estacionamento com acesso a qualquer momento, no chek in são fornecidas todas as informações e tiradas as dúvidas, recebemos dois cartões de porta e dois crachás magnéticos que serviram para toda a hospedagem e também toda a passagem no parque, nele é gravado as refeições e tudo a mais que se quiser comprar, acertando sua conta ao final da hospedagem. Jantar e café da manhã com várias ilhas de comidas doces e salgadas para todos os gostos. O hotel possui piscina, lavanderia, fornecem toalhas para o parque (com custo) , os produtos de higiene são fantásticos l, água que tinha, ar condicionado e televisão. Espaço amplo e aconchegante. Todos os atendentes são atenciosos e prestativos, em especial na recepção o Sebastian que nós auxiliou várias vezes. Sobre o transfer para o parque, o mesmo passa de 20 em 20 minutos e nós nunca precisamos esperar mais do que isso ( apresar de algumas pessoas falarem ao contrário em suas avaliações).

By far one of the worst hotel experiences yet. First of all, if you are looking to stay in a kindergarten this is the place to go. The rooms was connected with a wall so thin that we could hear the people snoring and everything they were talking about, so no privacy at all. After 2 days we called room service to get our sheets and towels washed, took us 4 calls to the reception before something happend. Definitely choosing another hotel next time we are going here.

It was my business trip. Great resort one of the best resort in North goa. Great staff specially Pooja and Manoda. The food is tasty. Great support from front office team. Added in my fav place to stay in goa.

Overcrowded. Limited choices of food. Noisy. Not going back

Hotel os old and smell like mold. Service and food was terrible. I got really sick with food poison after eating at the hotel restaurant.

The rooms are simple, however extremely clean and enough. The food is delicious and the staffs are respectful and willing to help. I have been served a few times by a lot of them in the kitchen and in the room. I can’t remember all the names but I can recall Vinicius Oliveira and Raquelzinha that helped me quite gently. Anyway, I don’t want to be unfair because all of them were helpful!

I had an wonderful time staying here. The hotel is super clean with very friendly staff. Pedro Henrique at front desk was super helpful and provided useful information about the hotel and the area. I highly recommend this place. Perfect location near many restaurants and shopping stores.

Check-in as 12:00, e check-out as 10hs da manhã, não se cumpre diária com 24 horas, absurdo ser obrigada a sair tão cedo, para continuar a utilizar a estrutura é obrigado pagar 70,00 reais por horas, se o quarto não estiver já reservado para outro hóspede, neste caso deve sair às 10 horas. Decepção, pelo valor tão caro da diária. Frustrante.

My family and I stayed 4 nights at Hotel Giardino, and it largely served its purpose: a comfortable and convenient place to sleep in between trips to Hot Park. The food was decent, the beds were comfortable enough, and the shuttle service was frequent and convenient. However, the rooms need some updating. Our toilet paper holder was barely hanging on to the wall. The bedroom A/C unit randomly leaked water in the middle of the night, and there was a piece of styrofoam used as a shim between the unit and the wall to prevent it from making a rattling noise, which we had to readjust about once a day. Also, the walls are paper thin; you can hear almost any movement in the adjacent rooms. The beds between my room and the adjacent room must have been sitting flush against the same wall, because I felt the bed shake with every movement from the other side of the wall in the adjacent room. Don't have much to say about the amenities; we didn't hang around the property much. We walked past the hotel pool once, and saw a lonely lifeguard sitting next to an empty pool. Admittedly, with Hot Park tickets included in your stay, why would anyone use the hotel pool anyway? There are plenty of restaurants, souvenirs, clothing stores and a pharmacy within a 10-minute walk from the property, so the hotel isn't totally isolated from everything, which we found nice when we weren't at Hot Park. Overall, the experience wasn't terrible, but our room issues would make us rethink staying here again
