Room was big with an amazing view of Lake Garda. Situated right on the lake promenade. Staff is nice. Room offered all the necessary toiletries. Didn’t use the hotel restaurant due to other poor reviews, so I can’t say anything about that. Hotel also offers possibility of booking 1h private sessions in the wellness center.

we went to this hotel to celebrate our 40th Wedding anniversary, and it didn't disappoint, we upgraded to a lakeview room and what a view to wake up first thing in the morning, very comfortable room, breakfast was very good, even had complimentary prosecco available in the mornings. We were on half board and the evening meals were all delicious - all four courses and the staff all very helpful - the location was excellent, we used the ferry boats to visits Limone, Torbole and Malecesina. We bought the 3 day tickets for North Lake Garda, which we were only 35 Euros each, and if bought individually would cost 20Euros per person per day, you had to use these tickets on 3 consecutive days, so best to buy in the morning, so you will have 3 whole days - definitely worth it!! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Riva

Absolutely amazing. Got an upgrade to a suite - perfect view, perfect room and fantastic location. We will be back, hopefully in September. May be tempted to book the suite! Breakfast had a good selection, restaurant lovely on the lake front and in the perfect location.

I went to Lake Garda with relations with Parrys Tours, the trip was for 11 days stopping in Germany and Austria on the way and Germany and France on the way back. What an amazing trip this was, the scenery is stunning. Unfortunately I had the sickness and runs for 3 days as we got to our hotel in Lake Garda but that aside I couldn't really fault it. My only criticism was the food at the hotel Sole because I am such a fussy eater I hardly ate anything there for the 7 days we were there. They also catered for tourists outside the hotel with a much more extensive menu but I was too socially anxious to ask if I could ditch our set menu for the tourist one. But if you're not a fussy eater like myself there is nothing to complain about really.

Very nice, classy Italian hotel in best position. Friendly staff. We had one of the rooms with lake view, stunning! Breakfast offer very good, unfortunately limited to indoor. Bikes available, garage as well. Would definitely come back, but not in summer season, when lake of Garda and its hotels and restaurants burst of tourists.

Everything else was great but the staff did not want to switch the air condition ON thus we slept window open and forced to listen drunken tourist singing on the street until 3 am. The temperature on that day was 27C! Thank you spoiling our holiday!

Rude waitress and poor service we was waiting to order food one waiter come to take our order then the waitress with the glasses and curly hair come I’ve and said NO wait for someone else to serve you we waited for 10 mins and no one come back to take our order so we got up and left when leaving glasses and Curley hair rude c—t said to us adios she’s lucky I didn’t abuse her with some bad language I kept my cool do not eat in here rude and poor service

Beautiful hotel. Fantastic location, stunning view, nice restaurant and breakfast, we enjoyed the hotel, location and local restaurants and sites. A perfect place to relax. We loved the lake view from our room

A very good weekend stay. Our room (223) was clean and comfortable. We were surprised to have a small balcony overlooking an internal courtyard. There was obviously no special view, but it was nice to have this space. And of course, no noise. The mattress was very firm, and we like a very firm mattress. There was no bidet in the bathroom, which was unexpected. It was mostly cloudy when we visited, so we did not take full advantage of the rooftop terrace, but it seemed like it would be a nice place to relax. Note, though, that there seems to be no shade on the terrace. The staff were helpful, although it would be a good idea to make the reception desk larger and have two people working behind it instead of one, at least during the very busy times. The location of the hotel is excellent, with a prime location in piazza III Novembre and right in front of the lake. Nearly everything we did over our weekend was within a 5-minute walk of the hotel's front door. We cannot wait to return.
