We stayed here for one night. The hotel's location is excellent. It's close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The parking situation isn't ideal. There's a tiny parking spot in front of the hotel for just one car. So, you have to quickly unload your things and then find another place to park. Luckily, there is a private parking lot a short 5-minute walk away. The room was okay and could fit five people, which is hard to find. It was clean and had what we needed for a short stay. The staff was friendly. The best part was breakfast. The hotel has a nice breakfast room with a terrace where you can eat. The breakfast options were good, and it was a nice way to start the day.

I Will not recommend this hotel to anyone. The host of hotel Brotas dont know what The Word service means. Her behavior was under all critic. And our group was chocked over how anyone running a hotel can speak to guests in such a condescending way.

I can not Rekommend this hotel. Spaces were ok , bit the sheets in the bed was not changed all week.The foodora is tasteless and very meager, hairs were found several times in the food. Breakfast very one-sided. Serving was a disaster at evry mejl the staff dropped cutlery and crockery on the floor.The food was thrown on the tables. According to the information-they would speak English at the hotel -that knowledge was nonexistent . The Female hotelmananger was horribel-was unpleasant and very unprofessional. Meet is whit the phrase My hotel -my rules. Playd loud Music and refused to turné down the volym( turned up the volym instead and laughed at us whit her staff ) Our teenagers were farsis of this ”lady ” My rekommendation-DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL !!!

I have never been to a hotel this horrible. The staff was very rude and the service was bad as well. Most of the staff didn’t speak English, wich brought difficulties. The breakfast was okay, but a-lot of sweet foods. Me and my friends got hair in our food. The food overall was pretty plain and you never really knew what you would get. On our last night one of the staff members slammed a plate on the table because she got mad when we asked if they couldn’t turn down the raging disco music and then, she played it even louder.

We got a really bad experience, the staff was very nonchalant. When they got irritated by our questions they just threw the food at the table. When we asked for the music to be turned down because it was really loud when we were eating, they just played it even louder.

Should be rated 4 star, not 3. Beautiful hotel, most helpful staff, big comfortable room with all modern facilities. Don’t let off site paid parking put you off. Using sat nab we found car park and from there an elevator brought us up on ground level next to hotel. Great breakfast. We rate this property as exceptional.?

I like the area where this hotel is situated. Walking distance to the beach and quiet a lot of food available within the surrounding area.

Nice staff, good value for the money.
