Terrible welcome at the reception. A very unfriendly host (Mohammad) first tries to charge a 33% higher price for the booked room (executive suite with balcony, he tired to charge extra USD 400). We spent 15 minutes arguing, he tried to convince me that the taxes were not included (they were), called someone on the phone, and otherwise wasted time - but I stood firmly and demonstrated both the booking confirmation email (where the complete price split was seen) and the booking information in the app, where also the final price with the cost split was clearly indicated. Ultimately, I win and my credit card gets charged with the price which is shown on my original booking confirmation. After that, the host Mohammad manually crosses out (with a pen) the initially allocated suite number and changes it to another room, which comes with too tiny narrow beds instead of the, I quote my booking, “1 extra-large double bed”. The tiny standalone beds are so narrow that it is impossible to get a proper sleep, especially after a long-haul flight. And, we know, the comfy large size bed is the most important thing for proper rest after the busy working days. As a Radisson Blu Premium member, I often (if not always) enjoyed free upgrades to better rooms, so this is the first encounter in my 18 years with Radisson when I was actually downgraded. 👎🏻 Very impolite staff, no excuses, just blatant statements “our hotel is fully booked” - very unusual attitude for Radisson Blu standards. I will make sure my voice reaches Radisson management and they change this poor practice at Radisson Blu Riyadh Convention & Exhibition Center.

The only good thing about the hotel is the mattress and the pillow. Rest is all horrible. I visited this hotel during covid and was way better than now. Imagine they have spoiled juices in the breakfast its fermented because the chef doesnt even know that using defrosted fruits is like meat it will spoil right after because its not pasteurized. The whole food selection was horrible. Ban marie was off all hot food is cold. A customer saw me talking to the waiter he told me plz tell the reception its been 2 days and were telling them about the juice. It seems the chef even didnt defrost it today.. Can you imagine they are charging 700 sar almost 200$ per night and they are hesitant to put coffee in rooms. They only put milk capsules but not coffee… and only 2x330ml water. My 2 years old son drinks more than that…. The hotel is not even clean. I checked in the toilet supposed to be sanitized on arrival as per the label but they just keep the label there and do not clear neither sanitize. Reception speaks to guests while looking at their phone. This is an unknown hospitality value only found in 1 stars motels. Last thing dont fall for the balcony they are bragging about. U cant see anything but bricks from there. My last visit

لا تسكن في هذا الفندق حتى لو مجاناً، من جهتي ما راح اسكن في هذا الفندق حتى لو دفعوا لي فلوس علشان اسكن فيه!! الاشياء السيئة هنا لا تعد و لا تحصى، تقريباً كل شيء بالغرفة خربان ، التلفون، مفتاح الغرفة، التكييف، السخان، السخان انفجر الانبوب و ابني الصغير يتروش !! و جوا الصيانة بدلوا السخان و حطوا واحد ثاني، و لما رجعنا نتروش الموية الحارة فصلت فجأة و ثلجنا بالموية الباردة، ابني طلع من الحمام يرتجف!! و كان راح يمرض، و لما جا عامل الصيانة كان معصب و يقول وضع السخان طبيعي انه يبرد و يحتر فجأة!! و كان زعلان لان احنا الظاهر اشغلناه بخرابات الغرفة!! لازم انزل و اطلع مليون مرة باليوم علشان اكلم الاستقبال على المشاكل و الخرابات و الاعطال لان التلفون خربان!! و المشكلة ان الموظفين راح يسمعوا لك بس بالنهاية نادرا راح يحلوا المشكلة!! راح ينتظروك تقبل و تقتنع بالموجود. حتى مكيف غرف النوم كان خربان و كل ما يجي العامل يغير بالريموت شوي و يروح و لا يتصلح شيء!! الليلة الاخيرة عرضوا علينا نبدل الغرفة كحل افضل بس انا رفضت لاني خفت اروح غرفة ثانية و يطلع فيها خرابات اكثر!! قلت نكملها للصباح على خير و بعدها نطلع و توبة نرجع. المطعم و الافطار سيء جدا الله يكرم النعمة، الاكل بارد و غير متنوع، و الموظفين يشتغلوا من غير نفس، يعني اذا انت تقبلها انك تجلس بطاولة وسخة و حولك بقايا اكل و ملاعق مو نظيفة ممكن يعجبك افطار هذا الفندق!! شراشف و اغطية السرير كلها قديمة و منمشة و سوت لنا حكة و حساسية. الفوط ناقصة!! و لما بلغناهم انو احنا حاجزين شخصين و ٣ اطفال جابو لنا فوط وجه زيادة!! بعض الموظفين لطيفين بس الاغلب لا، حتى لو بيخدمك بشيء راح يسويه و هو زعلان و من غير نفس. الممرات وسخة و قذرة و ما يتم تنظيفها. التلفون خربان!! يعني كل هالمشاكل و لازم الواحد يروح و يجي الاستقبال اكثر من ١٠ مرات علشان يكلمهم!! انا لو جيت هنا لوحدي كان طلعت بنفس الليلة بس المشكلة اني جيت مع اهلي و اولادي و ماسك خط طويل ، و ما كان ودي اتعبهم اني اطلع و ادور اوتيل ثاني. الشيء الايجابي الوحيد لوكيشن الاوتيل ممتاز و قريب لك الفعاليات بالرياض. انا بالعادة ما افضل اكتب امور سلبية وًلكن علشان نظام الفنادق عندنا يتطور، و علشان الناس اللي جاية تحذر، و هذا هو السبب المنطقي لكتابة مراجعات لاقامة في فندق. نعم اغلب اوتيلات الرياض غالية حالياً في فترة موسم الرياض بس هذا ما يبرر ان الاوتيل ياخذ سعر مرتفع جداً جداً مقابل غرفة بهالمستوى و خدمة سيئة جداً. Don’t stay at this hotel even if the hotel paid you to stay, or even if they allow you to stay for free.

It was an awesome experience to have a great dinner at braira ..the ambience is elegant ..the place looks clean and tidy . The food was awesome and the best part was Mr.Jomari has organized and cooperated very well thought out the dinner and all the waiters are friendly and very jovial.. A definitely worth visit again
