客房服務不問就沒有，水也不提供，早餐吃的東西極少味道一般，還有一股怪味，發票沒有章，總之體驗較差，大家慎入

Steer clear of this hotel! I arrived off a flight at 11.45pm and was told that I was too late to check-in! Despite having a confirmed booking they had sold my room to someone else and they were fully booked! Not only did they do this, the manager then proceeded to tell me it was my fault for being late! It was a particularly busy night and all nearby hotels were full. I eventually found something at great expense and some way away. The worst hotel experience of my business travelling life!

Stayed there for a few days on a business trip to Riyadh. Seems the owners tried to create some kind of a trendy business hotel but something went wrong along the way.. The front desk looks like a counter in a retail store, staff are far away from service hotel standards, room was ok but needs a refurbish. The rain shower in bathroom was not working. Breakfast was average. Tried the cafe corner in the lobby and food wasn't good. But what annoyed me the most about this hotel is that they use some kind of aroma diffuser everywhere and the smell was unbelievable! It smels like Dettol everywhere and it felt like they were hiding something and it turned out whenever the dettol smell fades away, you start smelling sewage especially near the elevators! Stay if you have to!

Checked out after first night stay. Hotel is run down and in desperate need of retrofitting.

Don’t ever think to go there they are not helpful and dirty rooms

Great 2 night stay...but the breakfast was disappointing. They did not clean our room...which we didn't mind ....but we had to ask for toilet paper. The room was big and it had a great shower. There is a metro being built in Riyadh and one of the metro stops will be literally 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Great location in the middle of Olaya.....you can walk to Kingdom Tower (approximately 20 minutes) and you are right next to the Al Faisaliyah Centre. We had to leave a 100 SAR deposit when we checked in but it was refunded when we checked out - in cash. No safe in the room. We had a kitchenette...with stove. Would definitely stay there again!

The hotel is located in the center of Riyadh city. Within walking distance there are cafes, restaurants, shops, shopping malls. The hotel has recently been renovated, all furnishings and interiors are in good condition, the rooms are cozy and spacious. There are also rooms with a kitchen, which is very convenient for a long stay. The hotel has a restaurant serving buffet breakfasts. The hotel has a parking lot, GYM, saunas, a massage parlor, a laundry, a children's room, a conference room - all these services are free of charge. Good value for money and service.
