Best Western Roanoke Inn Suites

總體還行，有點偏

It was a nice hotel for the price but it felt like they were doing to bare minimum to meet the hotel criteria for amenities.

The room was very clean and very comfortable. Much better than our last hotel experience. The continental breakfast was a bit lacking but it was a holiday so we didn't expect too much. The staff was super friendly. We will definitely stay here the next time we're in town.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice everything was. You can tell they have remodeled and take pride in the appearance of the hotel.

All seemed great until i was in bed and my partner took a shower. The water loudly dribbled out the rest of the night. I'm sure we could have changed rooms if we waned to put away all of our stuff, packed our suitcases, and changed out of our pajamas at 10.30 pm. Or 11.30 or 12.30 when it was obviously not going to stop. But im warm and cozy, exhausted and just want to sleep... (Yes, we turned it off and on several times, but the pin you lift for the shower wouldnt go back down without damaging the plumbing.)

Beds were horrible. Anytime someone would turn over, it sounded as if the beds were going to fall apart. Mattresses were very uncomfortable.

our bed had hair all over it and stains on the sheets… walls were super thin and you could head the people next to you. there was a Pull out bed with no sheets.. Tub had hair in it & the shower curtain was yellow. wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel lobby, elevator and our room were clean and inviting. Particularly the room including the bathroom. It appeared that pretty much everything in the room (including the bathroom & fixtures) had been updated recently. Very nice.

Our first rooms TV didn't work and when we plugged in our phone charger, the room went dark, all within 30 minutes of our stay. The second room they put us in had plumbing issues (toilet wouldn't flush properly) the bath didn't work only the shower, the faucet dripped all night, we asked for clean towels on our second day and were refused twice. The first time we asked, the man said that we had to bring our dirty towels down to the lobby. Sir we don't work there, that's YOUR job! The second time we asked, they said the housekeepers left so they couldn't get them to us. Absolutely no effort was made to compensate for the inconveniences. We were very disappointed with our stay to say the least. It was not The Best Western, it was The Worst Western.
