We booked a room coming back from ohare airport. When we got to hotel, we couldn't even see or talk to anyone to check in. Tried cancelling this booking because we had to go somewhere else because no one came to check us in....we went to the Weston motel 6 instead.

Went to check in their Wi-Fi wasn’t working so they asked me to pay cash when I already paid online . Soooo disgusting. Had a lady running around with a beer in her hand .

Most of the rooms are blocked off. The whole hotel needed renovation 15 years ago. This first room was terrible musty smell. The next room was not as smelly. The front desk lady did her best. Very cheap but not even worth that.

I didn't like that I was late for work trying to check in

Reserved a double room, was given a single and had to up charge to get the double. Don't know if this was an ******* issue or a Travel lodge issue. Bed was in terrible shape, rest was a bit better. AC worked fine. Not much in way of restaurants nearby

Basic. Entire building needs rehab and paint. Mini fridge works. TV signal wasn’t good and no remote control in the room. No roaches or bedbugs seen, so they have that going. Clerk was pleasant.

Went there at 11 and no one was in the office to check me in

I like the fact that it was close to where I had to be the next day… And that is all the Like you’ll get for me. The worst dislike isn’t the amenities or cleanliness, it is the fact that I made a reservation that they wouldn’t honor through you guys, so I had to pay a higher rate for a room that I would equate to what excretes out the backside of a male cow, I would take this hotel off your list as it reflects on you for advertising for them!

Clean room, friendly helpful staff.
