I booked this through ******* and when I checked in the front desk clerk confirm that but yet Hilton billed me double for this room, so ******* billed me and so did Hilton and now the Hilton is telling me it’s gonna take seven days before I get a credit on my credit card
The overall facilities were fine. Unfortunately the elevators were all broken, which I find hard to believe but they had a large group of kids staying there so more than one elevator was out of service, and I had to drag my three bags up for flights of stairs. it’s not a big deal, but when I called downstairs to ask for an additional blanket, they wanted me to come back down and get it myself, thank you anyway for your service
