All i can say this hotel is very perfect stay for our Yunnan trip! This hotel truly exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by its cleanliness and the warm, friendly atmosphere created by the staff. The service is nothing short of excellent—they even offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off to the train station, which made our journey so much easier. The hotel provides everything you need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The room is spacious, with a big TV screen and a cozy sofa for relaxation. The thoughtful amenities include a heated floor and bed, which were perfect for the cold weather. Even the toilet seat has a heater and a bidet, making it incredibly convenient and comfortable. They also provide additional oxygen in the room—a great touch, especially for those who might feel the effects of high altitude. The views from the hotel are absolutely breathtaking! Imagine waking up to stunning mountain scenery, lush green grasslands, and sheep grazing peacefully—it’s like a dream come true. To make our stay even more special, they upgraded our room for free to one with a luxurious bathtub! For Muslim travelers, this hotel is incredibly accommodating—they provided us with a delicious vegetarian breakfast, so we felt completely at ease. However, please be mindful when sitting on the sofas as their adorable, friendly dog loves to sit there too and might come to greet you. Their dog is super cute and playful, adding a warm and homey touch to the stay! One of the most delightful surprises was that the hotel provides traditional Chinese costumes for free! We had so much fun dressing up and taking beautiful photos. It made us feel like royalty from an ancient Chinese dynasty—truly a unique and unforgettable experience. Despite the language barrier, the staff were incredibly helpful in accommodating our needs. They went above and beyond to assist us, offering suggestions, pinpointing locations, and ensuring we had everything we needed. A big thumbs up to the staff member whose picture I shared (unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name). The hotel owner should truly give her credit for her exceptional service—it made our stay even more memorable! This hotel is located near the stunning Napahai Lake, not Dukezong Ancient City. If you’re planning to stay close to Dukezong, this might not be the best choice. But trust me, you don’t need to stay near Dukezong—this hotel is so good, it’s worth being a little further away. The peaceful surroundings, incredible service, and top-notch amenities make it more than worth it! Another fantastic perk is the nearby e-bike rental. We rented bikes and had an amazing time exploring the beautiful Napahai area and enjoying the serene countryside. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for travelers from Malaysia. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. Trust me, you won’t regret staying here—it’s a memory you’ll cherish forever! Sorry I don’t take too much photo, a lot of videos only. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite for a week, and it was an exceptional experience. The room was incredibly spacious with breathtaking mountain views, and the heated floors made it very cosy. The location was perfect—right in the heart of Dukezong Ancient City—making it convenient to explore the area. The service was impeccable; the family who runs this hotel was extremely friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. Their warm hospitality truly made this a “home away from home” experience. 入住香格里拉独克宗古城的丹缦民宿一周，体验非常棒！✨ 房间宽敞舒适，地暖设计超贴心，180°山景太惊艳了！民宿地理位置非常方便，步行就能逛古城。最让人感动的是老板一家特别热情，像家人一样照顾我们，让整个旅行更温暖。 如果来香格里拉旅游，强烈推荐这里！❤️

[Highly Recommended!] It’s a cosy Accomds with a nice and friendly owner with 2 doggos! Upon reaching the Accomds, the owner will open the “gate” and the doggos (shi liu, and yuan bao) will rushed out to greet you, they are extremely friendly. There is no lift and the highest floor (4th floor) are the suites, you might want to take your time to climb up the stairs, due to the high altitude environment, you might run out of breath easily. But not to worry, the owner and the staff will carry luggages for you. There is also an oxygen “system” for you to plug in the oxygen mask (chargeable, I think 20RMB? Can’t remember) for usage. Breakfast are included and there is restaurant in the Accomds as well, or you can meituan (similar to grab/ubereats). As I travel in large group, we booked a total of 1 suite and 4 normal rooms, my friends always gather in the suite (at highest floor), which the owner always help to bring up the food delivery to save us the trouble from climbing the stairs! Not only that, the owner is really very kind to always come to the rooms whenever you need assistance. It felt like home, because whenever you return back to the Accomds, the owner will always come to the gate to greet you with the 2 doggos. Location abit far from the centre, but don’t worry didi (taxi service) is always quite readily available. There was also free transfer to railway station, on the last day the owner made 2 trips to ferry us to the railway station as early as 6.20am. *thumbs up* not forgetting the free laundry service as well! The photos listed are true to the actual room, and I really love the room and cleanliness of it. We could host and watch movies together in the suite. We highly recommend this Accomds!

Had a wonderful stay here. The hotel had stunning views of the Yila grasslands/Napa Lake. There is a hillside pathway just a short walk from the hotel which leads you to an even better view of the surrounding areas. The hotel had horses, deers, and a Samoyed which you're free to interact with. Staff were very attentive and helpful from beginning to end. The dining area is in the adjacent building. The first floor is the restaurant and second floor is the cafe. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Ingredients tasted fresh and portions were good. Coffee was made upon request with an espresso machine. The dining area had lots of windows to look out and enjoy the view. The room was modern and clean. Heated flooring, shower stall, and toilet seat were appreciated. Room had a large projection screen for media. The 270 degree panoramic view room was perfect, what a sight to wake up to! Note weather conditions are variable in Shangri-la and can change by the hour. Can be windy and raining for a couple hours and then transitions to bright sunny skies. May have to stay for a few nights to avoid disappointment. Finally the hotel offers free transfers to and from the airport/train station in a very comfortable van. Hotel staff called the day prior to make transportation arrangements; your experience may vary if you have an international number vs. mainland number so may have to proactively reach out. Overall this is a quiet and peaceful hotel with great amenities about 30 mins outside of the Shangri-la city area. I would come back again.
