Perfect location, very clean and cozy rooms with private bathroom, delicious breakfast from 7:30 to 10:00, the Italian personnel speak different lenguages and they're also very helpful, there's is an elevator for a maximum of 2 peoble. 💯

If you are looking for a cosy hotel with friendly service and close to the main attractions of Rome, be sure to choose this hotel! It is a very nice place, clean and comfortable! Very good checkout of the whole hotel room and great view from the window! The breakfasts are also very good! I warmly recommend!🩷

The location between Termini station and the neighborhood Monti is very convenient. There’s also incredibly beautiful Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore 5 minutes walk from the place. The hotel’s stuff is very friendly and always ready to help. They can give you some valuable tips where to go to eat delicious Italian food and how to get to the location you need. Though my room was not big, it was clean and had just enough space for one person. The bed was really comfortable. And I’ll never forget those delicious croissants for breakfast with coffee.

This is in almost every respect a terrible hotel. There are random drip stains and holes on the walls of the room. The breakfast is terrible. The staff seems constantly flustered, fighting with the guests or among themselves. During the night, they lock the front entrance with a chain and padlock (you read that right, they run a chain through the handles of the front door and lock a padlock) which surely has to be some kind of fire code violation. If you get back late at night, you have to buzz so that some guy can come unlock the padlock to let you in. The shower stall drain gets backed up. For some reason, they only give you one keycard for the room. The walls are paper thin so hear everything your neighbors are doing. Practically every request is treated as some inconvenience.

We stayed for 3 nights and was very nice. All employees were very pleasantly, likeable and helpful. In a good location, not far from touristic points to go walking and with train and bus station right beside hotel and most important very comfortable for the good price.

This hotel is 5-10 minutes walk to Termini railway station. In general the area around the station is quite scummy but this hotel is in a nice area just up the road from Basilica of Saint Mary Major where there are also a few nice restaurants. The hotel itself is okay but looking a little dated but in general very clean. The area is quiet at night and the air-conditioning very good. The mattresses could do with being changed as they seem old, lumpy and very soft. The breakfast was a typical basic Italian, but without any pastries which I found strange. However there was enough to fill me up in the way of yoghurt, fruit and cornflakes. I was only here for one night and I would definitely stay again.

Great stay! The staff are super friendly and helpful. We came 3 hours early and we still got to get our room. Will come back. Good location, close to the train station. 12 minutes walk from colosseum

Very good staff, accommodating and very helpful. Few away from Roma termini and Metro. Hotel is clean and budget friendly.
