部屋は広くて清潔ですが、防音性が悪く、土曜日の夜遅くに誰かがチェックインしたため、騒がしかったです。サービスも良く、フロントに頼めばお湯を沸かすことができます。ホテルは立地が良く、近くに大きなショッピングモールもあります。

オンライン予約では 4 つ星のシャングリラ ホテルだったのですが、行ってみると 3 階建てのリゾートで、部屋は広くなく、エレベーターも 1 人しか入れませんでした。荷物が 1 つありました。セントラルのエアコンがオンになっていませんでした。チェックイン後に部屋に入ったとき、上司は彼らに最初に部屋に行くように言いました。室温は 31 度でした。そしてエアコンはありませんでした。急いでボスの部屋に行くと、ドアには椅子が立てかけてあり、窓は開いており、空気が対流していない奥の部屋が鍵だった。気温を見ると32℃だったので急いでフロントに交渉に行きましたが、その時は同じく暑くて交渉中の外国人がいました。その後、サービススタッフが見てみると、確かに機能していないことがわかり、部屋を変更してくれました。したがって、外国人スターの評価について迷信を持たないでください。

部屋は広くて清潔でした。バスルームには良いトイレタリーがありました。空港までは簡単に行けますが、ショッピングや観光にはメインエリアから外れています。ただし、地下鉄は徒歩約 20 分、ショッピング センターは徒歩約 15 分です。日帰り旅行や地元の道順を案内してくれた英語が堪能なスタッフには本当に感謝しています。エアコンはよく効いて、うだるような暑さの中でとても助かりました。

空港にとても近く、地下鉄も近くにあるので市内へのアクセスも便利です。

ホテルはとても素敵ですが、立地はあまり良くなく、ローマのダウンタウンや観光スポットまで少なくとも約 50 分かかります。

I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Shangri-La Roma by Omnia Hotels. The location is absolutely perfect – close to the EUR district and well connected to the rest of Rome, making it easy to reach both the historic center and business areas. The rooms were impeccably clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the stay very relaxing after long days out exploring the city. The breakfast was another highlight: rich, varied, and delicious, offering both sweet and savory options to satisfy every taste. A great way to start the day! Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Rome!

It's a serviceable hotel in a good location. Not much more to say about it. Service was average to bad at best. A couple of actively rude staff. Only reason it's not a 1/5 is because the bar staff were friendly. Other staff made mistakes, like saying we hadn't paid tax on the room when we had. Perfectly understandable, mistakes happen, but it was said in a rude tone and they became argumentative when I corrected them. When they realized they were wrong, there was no apology. If you need a hotel that's close to the airport, it's perfectly fine.

We were happy but then later in the morning while I was brushing my teeth, the water was not running …. I could not shower for 3 hours till we claim for a new room …first they refuse to give us a new room till we said we will tell in the public…then they changed to worse rooms… no phone connected, no hot coffee, no hot tea, no water….and old room till we

Great Stay with Helpful and Patient Staff I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and patient throughout my stay, always willing to assist with anything I needed. Despite my limited language skills, communication was smooth and there was hardly any language barrier. Their professionalism and friendliness made the stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended!
