My room was spacious and clean and the staff was very friendly. The included breakfast is decent and the location in central. My only complaint is that the walls are thin and I could hear my neighbors.

THIS HOTEL IS NOT AS ADVERTISED. It is basically a series of apartments in a building with three other "hotels." There should not be four stars: at most two are warranted. The room was unheated and so cold we could not sleep. We did not feel safe in the property. There is no lobby and no amenities that would qualify for a proper hotel. I believe that the reviews are faked. The pictures do not resemble the rooms we saw. For the prices charged I would recommend you book a proper hotel.

Close to Termini station but quiet, easy walking to most of the sited in Rome. Great staff and a good breakfast. Clean rooms.

Nice and clean but overpriced and overrated, its not 4 stars or upscale in any way, the place should be classed as a B&B rather than a hotel, there's no restaurant, no bar, no lounge area, the spa is nothing special but they charge 80€ for 50min!! (no treatment included) The reception is in a "shop" facing the street beside the entrance of the actual hotel, the hotel is in a old remodeled apartment building, theres two other hotels on other floors but didn't see any reception for those, when first arriving I searched for the reception inside the hotel and walked straight into a connected building that have permanent residents, when finding the reception i was asked to write down my credit card info on a paper and they wanted the city tax paid in cash, upscale?? I travel at work and have +150 hotel nights in a year, this sits at my very top of disappointments, it felt more like Airbnb or a B&B. The high guest rating must be credited an unusually friendly and helpful staff, but that should not be a reason to ignore standard and pricing when giving a rating.

Had a great time while in Rome. Hotel was close to many things which I liked and the staff was very friendly and helpful. If I ever return to Rome I would stay here again.

Absolutely lovely stay. All major attractions are a walkable distance, except Vatican, which is an jour walk but also an easy walk. Lots of dining options right next to hotel. Termini station very close.

Books a room with two separate beds. Got there and there were two twin beds pushed together into a king size. No way to actually separate them. Had to book a second room at another hotel in the same building. Spent an extra $350. Had I known they really didn’t have a room with two separate beds I would have gone elsewhere.
