We had a prepaid noncancellable reservation for one night on August 28, 2021. Excited about returning after a wonderful stay 15 years ago. We got to the hotel and the doors were locked. No advance notice via email or text. When we called the hotel number, just a message that the hotel was “not operational due to an outbreak”. Would have thought a message to guests who were paying $500+ per night would have been in order. Instead we were literally at the curb with our bags. Understand these are difficult times but notice when this happened was obviously needed.
