Hotel Virgen de Los Reyes

This is a budget hotel but the attraction for us was its central location - ideally placed for all the bars, restaurants and shops and a short stroll to the historic old town. Our room was facing the street below and I think the acoustics must be amazing with sound bouncing off the buildings from side to side. Lots of noise from people in bars which went on until the early hours, then a machine went by at about 3 a.m (probably a street cleaner) which almost rattled the window. The sounds were so amplified I reckon if I’d have stood on our balcony and sung Nessun Dorma I’d have given Pavarotti a run for his money! The room was clean, if dated. Bed comfortable; bathroom dated with a poor shower. As often happens, very few plug points so I ended up unplugging the TV and had to dry my hair without use of a mirror. Parking just a short walk away.

What an amazing hotel simply lovely clean great welcoming and location is superb! The real feel of the region absolutely loved by me and the Town of Ronda should be proud of such a nice hotel thank you all ! The value for the Euro is amazing ! Amazing

Seuls points positifs : - hôtel située en plein centre ville de Ronda - personnel très agréable et consciencieux - hôtel propre Points négatifs : - -chambre nullement insonorisée, nous entendions les conversations des voisins !! (comme s'ils étaient dans notre chambre) - notre chambre était située sur une minuscule cour (heureusement peut-être car nous n'avions pas le bruit de la rue !!) style puits de lumière de 2m x 3 donc impossible de laisser les rideaux et fenêtres ouverts car nous étions à 2m de la chambre d'en face. impossible de passer quelques heures à se reposer dans une telle ambiance noire. - quant à la literie !!!!! matelas : ok. Par contre une alèse en plastique recouvrait le matelas mais les dimensions de cette alèse n'étant pas adaptée au matelas, elle n'était pas "bordée" donc dès que nous étions couchés, des plis énormes se formaient. Draps de dessous et dessus.... idem, ils ne dépassaient pas du matelas !! donc ne tenaient pas !!!! - d'autre part, il est noté en présentation qu'il y a un parking mais il faut savoir qu'il s'agit d'un parking publique et donc.... payant !!! - et enfin, ils ne proposent pas de petits déjeuners !! Finalement nous avons écourté notre séjour dans cet hôtel que nous ne recommandons pas !!! sauf pour éventuellement une nuit !!

Llegamos al hotel a las 16:30h y nuestra habitación no estaba preparada. Aunque habíamos reservado y pagado una habitación cuádruple (no había otra disponibilidad), éramos sólo dos. Nos ofrecen una habitación triple que sí lo estaba ya. La aceptamos y solicitamos que nos ajusten la tarifa. Se niegan a ello y nos comentan que sólo tendremos que esperan 15minutos a que preparen nuestra habitación. Les comentamos que no nos parece bien pero, a pesar de ello, esperamos en la recepción comentando entre nosotros lo que nos ha parecido una muy mala gestión de la situación. A partir de ahí ya no podemos opinar acerca de las instalaciones del hotel ya que, tras tener ya la llave de la habitación en nuestras manos, decidieron que no nos querían como clientes y, alegando el derecho de admisión, nos negaron la entrada a la habitación. De lo que sí podemos opinar es del trato recibido y, desde luego, si tuviéramos que darle una puntuación, ésta sería de cero.

Muy bien situado, limpio y familiar. La recepcionista muy amable y el desayuno que se incluye en el precio de muy buena calidad. Sin duda una muy buena opción, por poner una pega está un poco anticuado.

Hotel semplicissimo che non ha pretese, modesto in ogni aspetto a partire dal prezzo. Appunto merita una buona votazione. Sembra di stare in una palazzina familiare in pieno centro storico, in una via pedonale dove tutti si conoscono. Ronda assomiglia alla nostra Puglia, nei borghi dell'interno che si affacciano sulle gravine... E questa casa con le sue stanze e il terrazzino ne è una conferma. Sì, tutto datato e ordinario, ma quanta gentilezza!
