コンフォート イン ローズバーグ(Comfort Inn Roseburg)

早餐不錯，房間乾淨。

It needs deep cleaning and fixed closet doors. Seems like it needs quiet a lot of maintenance.

Very nice units of much better quality than other facilities in Roseburg. The "free breakfast", while not quite as good as it used to be, was quite adequate and also a degree of two better than at the competitor's.

Great location, clean, staff friendly. Only issue was the parking, not very well designed, just my opinion.

The hotel was nice enough. The rooms aren't cleaned very well. The bathroom smelled bad and the carpet really needed to be vacuumed. The staff is very loud in the hallways. The biggest issue I have is that, even though I paid upfront for the hotel through *******, the man at the front desk wanted me to pay an additional $250 deposit because my address was local. Which I thought was very odd. He said it was because people who live in the area can trash the place. Isn't that a risk you run with a hotel regardless of whos staying?? I was tired and just wanted to get to my room, so I agreed. At first he wanted me to give it to him in cash, but then agreed to a card when I pushed back. I had to ask for a receipt that shows the deposit and that I will get it back when I check out. When i did check out the girl at the front desk had no idea what I was talking about when i mentioned the deposit. When she went to find the manager then he said I'd get it deposited back. I got a receipt saying that as well. Its been about 5 days since I checked out and I still haven't gotten my $250 deposited back into my account. Would not stay there again. It's so sketchy.

I had a great stay the only reason I didn't give a 5 star was the pool was too cold to enjoy and the jets in the hot tube either didn't work well or are turned very low. Other than that it was fantastic and I slept like a baby because the bed was so comfortable.

The staff were amazing in accommodating me. Thank you to the manager Kevin and the very sweet housekeeper who went out of their way to make me comfortable.

Our stay was great from check in to check out, the gal taking care of the breakfast area was very friendly and attentive. The pool and the hottub were great and very clean.

The hair dryer in our room did not work---after about 2 minutes, it shut off and never worked again, even when I checked a good 30 minutes later. I hope it gets replaced!!
