Great experience overall. The hotel had a new modern look with a nice looking lobby and was very well kept. The hotel clerk was nice enough to allow me to check in early. My room was very clean with wifi and walk-in shower. The bed was comfortable and had a nice workspace with lounge couch, computer chair and had a fridge, microwave and coffee machine. The free breakfast was pretty good and their fitness room had a lot of equipment which included a dumbbell rack with multiple weights, treadmills, and ellipticals. Would definitely book here again in the future.

Great location, newly remodeled, super clean, great food. We would come back any time.

Traffic noises. And the person above us seemed to be up all night, pacing loudly, back and forth.

Great rooms and building, however the faulting smoke detector in our room kept going off with a low toned beeping, and the staff were unable to do anything. That was the only bad thing about the stay.

We got to our room #231 on December 24th there was dirty underwears under the bed with poop on them. THE room really smell like poop the whole stay. Also we found poop on the floor near our kids' bunk bed where they had to sleep. my wife had to go into the restroom and get some toilet paper to clean the poop off the carpet. I went down and told the front desk the lady didn't seem very helpful she said she would send somebody up. The guy came up named Jose which was really nice and apologized and got rid of the underwears that had poop on them and we told him we already cleaned up the poop off the floor. About 15 minutes later after he left our phone rang and it was a lady from the front desk she said she applied 3,000 points to our IHG account which we never use at all so that 3,000 point is useless to us. She said she would have moved us to another room but there was not another room available that was the type of room we ordered. We had the room that had the bunk beds in it so we were pretty much stuck in that room for the night with the smell of poop all night. I think this might have been one of the worst rooms we ever been in I really think our money was wasted and I want to be contacted by the hotel. I have pictures

It was so wonderful to find there was an entrance to local trails right next to the hotel. It was disappointing how much street noise came into the room from the street. Next time we stay there we will request a room facing the dry creek, which will probably be much quieter.

We loved the room we stayed in (king w/bunk beds). It was perfect for our family. We don't live far but I would definitely stay here again if the need arose.

The room I was in was very noisy as I can hear everything outside the door and the window on the bottom floor. I can hear what sound like water, running all hours of the day and night the rumbling of the housekeepers carts down the tile floors, and no hot water for the shower, I had to take a cold shower, which was miserable. Not a relaxing stay at all and I’ll never stay there again.

Bey good stay. Staff helpful, friendly, and came to my room to fix the TV. It had no signal. He also knew of the event (Winter Wonderland) happening in The area.
