The room was great. The only issue is the fridge didn’t work and there is no microwave in the room. Everything else was very nice and the people were polite, accommodating and professional.

The check in process was as usual. My wife and I went to the bar that is advertised as a full service bar. I asked for a specific drink Captain and Coke, bar tender said were are out of Captain. I said how about a Jack and Coke bar tender laughing all out of Jack Daniel’s. My thought is why isn’t this bar stocked properly, who is running this place. I get to my room and my first thought is the room looks old, the bathroom light wouldn’t work. I had to catch an early flight so I just went to bed. Just a horrible experience.

Very comfortable room! Quiet and clean! Worth paying a little more than surrounding hotels for the comfort. Only big disappointment was the breakfast. Dismal at best. Everything that was suppose to be served hot or warm was cold. Sausage not just cold but dry as well. Eggs cold. Not what you would expect at a Hyatt!

My first visit but extremely impressed with how clean the room was. Also close to so much, such as Galleria mall and numerous restaurants. Staff was polite and responsive no matter how dumb the question might seem.

We enjoyed our stay. The property and our room were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Kai, at check in. The free breakfast was great, and the best we have had in a long time. They had real eggs and sourdough bread. The bed was firm and the pillows were too soft for my taste. But, I slept well. Would recommend this hotel, and we will be back.
