Curtains in room 331 hanging off the non existent rail.
Was not told to input my car registration into tablet. I had to ask.
Was not referred to code to exit car park. Had to renter hotel.
Was told to access a QR code to get menus when in my room. Not everyone has a smartphone. Luckily anorher member of staff heard me asking and got me a menu from the bar.
I booked on line and was offered breakfast for 2. No mention of breakfast for 1
I felt as though as i had booked on line, a standard double room for single occupancy, i was given tge worst room available with a sloping ceiling and see my comment above about the curtains which were hanging loose becuse of the sloping ceiling. Nothing to hang from.
I've already completed this survey once and have been asked again.
