Good parking

The hotel made it very difficult to switch on the AC.  In the end I could not turn it on.  The toilet seat was of such bad quality that it was difficult to sit on it. The staff was nice but didn't ask if I had a good experience staying at the hotel.

Very bad bed  Not comfortable and it was the whole night going to the middel as there a big hole in it

Nice place really closed to the Rotterdam central station.

Unfriendly staff, slow, uncooperative. Bad location, far from any public transport.

En general aceptable..pero por algún motivo desconocido nos se hizo la habitacion ni limpieza de baño.

De Kamer stonk, en achteraf achtergekomen dat er op de gordijnen bloed zat, en onder de hoeslaken van het bed was ook vies, this dat ik er alleen 2 nachtjes hoefde te verblijven, maar nee geen aanrader!!!

房間裏有蟲子，另外和前台提出退房日需要早離店是否可以打包早餐，結果離店的時候説要額外收15歐，距離早餐開始衹剩二十分鐘，問是否可以拿杯水或者拿幾塊現成的餅乾，前台告知也要15歐，令人失望

Posto pulitissimo personale molto cordiale e disponibile, in particolare Jorge e Marisa. Anche il ristorante molto buono e piatti abbondanti. Esperienza che sicuramente rifaremo. Consiglio assolutamente di pernottare in questo hotel.

Prima hotel, goede service. Uitstekend restaurant.
