It was great hotel for short trip

I was not pleased with this hotel. The tv didn't work, the coffee maker was not working either, the phone didn't work and my room wasnt cleaned. The beds were made everyday and the garbage taken out but dirty cups left and not changed and sheets were not changed all week. I had to complain 3 times before anything was done and no one checked or followed up to make sure all was working correctly. I definitely will not be staying again....the hotel is a 3 star but didn't have any amenities as most hotels do. Very dissappointed!!!

Horrible room with a view of pipes! Not enough of space to puy the bag om the floor. Half bathroom in bathroom, half outside. Simply: horrible!

Single room, small in size but with a fantastic view of the canal. There was no table and chair to work on the computer. I made do with the window sill and sitting on the edge of the bed. Comfortable bed and pillow. Fridge and coffee machine in the room. Everything clean and in perfect condition. Good wi-fi signal. Residential area and surroundings safe and secure.

Ideal location for tourists, with Tram 7 at the door steps. Metro station close by. Spedo Tours and Digital Museum Remastered right in front of the Hotel has made it tourist friendly Hotel.We feel very safe to walk around the Hotel. Nice view from the Balcony. Staff is very courteous and friendly. We enjoyed 5 nights stay in the Hotel Thorn

This hotel was good for what it is, a budget-friendly hotel with an excellent view. I was here for a large conference and this was one of the conference hotel options. Everything about the hotel was average except for the view. I had large windows that overlooked the Erasmus Bridge. The location is quite central to the tram and the subway.

Exellent hotel. All Parta: delishous breakfast, clean rooms, every service was realy exellent. Hotel for best recomand. Reception was very kindly and usefull. Every matter what we ask was settled on a proper time.

Well appointed Hotel,convenient for,tram,metro and water travel. All staff were very pleasant and helpful.Special thanks to Meike for sorting out our airport return ,after the taxi firm cancelled. Rooms very comfortable and both the breakfast buffet and evening menu were spot on.
