非常に騒々しいホテル。部屋のドアはバタンと閉まり、足音は重く感じられます！客室は入り口の通りに面しています。早朝から配送トラックが来ます。非常に騒がしいです。非常に残念です。

基本的なホテル。エアコンなし。滞在後に何かを忘れたのですが、ホテルに連絡する方法がありません。Trip でもホテルから回答を得ることができませんでした。

ホテルにはとてもがっかりしました。 夜間の騒音（約10人がパーティーをしている）。 バスルームとトイレの状態はあまり良くありません。

良い場所にあり、歓迎です。大丈夫。

The receptionist was very welcoming and speaking multiple languages makes it even better. The service was too notch and the views from was spectacular I really enjoyed my stay. I give it an A1 in all

I was hesirant at first..but the walk to the Hotel was just 20min from Cathedral. The Hotel maybe in an area of mixed race and culture but I felt safe and KFC was in the shopping centre next door...ideal for late eats. The room was ideal..basic..plenty of hot water. The Breakfast was plentiful and nice choice. Staff friendly too. I Slept well. Yes the Hotel needs some TLC. BUT it was okay and Comfy..I like Rouen a lot. Thanku!

Affordable, clean, comfortable and just outside of the old town. Can’t complain at all.

The corridor smells very bad, lift doesn't work, no AC, no fan no mosquito wire screen, I got many red spot which I think from mosquitoes. Water in the sink can't change to cold only hot but water in the shower room was ok, low window in the bathroom which pp could see from outside have to hang a towel to cover it.

I’ve chosen this hotel since it was close to the Flixbus stop. When we arrived the receptionist told us that there was no hot water and offered to stay in another location about 5 mins walk from there without any additional fees. The staff were very nice and polite during our stay. The room was spacious and clean. Wouldn’t mind staying there again if I ever come back.

The hotel is at a good location. The room was very clean and the staff very friendly. I recommend this hotel for your stay in Rouen.

洗手間算是乾淨的，但房間內地板有不少頭髮碎，而且應該從來沒有拖過地，地下是黑的，你用一張白色紙巾去抹了六七次仍是黑色的，是長年累積的污垢，不穿拖鞋會發現你的腳板是黑色的。職員好好人，給我們很多幫忙，例如如何使用停車場，發現原來星期日他們的停車場是免費的，他們的停車場是和商場共用的，商場亦有超級市場，非常方便。

Nos dieron habitacion amplia y reformada con vista a la iglesia. Habitacion acogedora, limpia, cama grande. En general todo bien, mejor de lo esperado, entre desventajas es que hacia ruido la cama al moverse o girarse y una de las almohadas estaba muy plana casi sin relleno. Tambien echamos en falta hervidor para hacer cafe/te.
