部屋を清掃するには、複数日滞在する場合は毎朝私たちに通知する必要があります。部屋はテムズ川の景色を望む広いですが、椅子の室内装飾品は磨耗しており、不快な汚れが付いています。スタッフはとても親切で親切です。朝食は美味しくて種類豊富でした。夕食の食事はとても美味しいですが、待ち時間が非常に長いです。

The staff were brilliant, karaina on the desk was very helpful. The room was clean and spacious with a sofa to relax on. Also saw ramel on the desk who was very helpfuly to give alternative dorections to the 02 saving us time. Some construction near by but you cant hear a thing. Great location and great gotel

Amazing stay at Woolwich, team supportive and help as much as they can when needed will be back to visit the hotel. Katrina is the best and so so helpful. Woolwich is a very nice area Rooms are lovely with amazing views of the river Thames. Thank you premier inn

No hot water on arrival and intermittent thereafter. All the available pillows were uncomfortable and the room too warm, causing very poor sleep. The lowest air-conditioning temperature was fixed at 19 degrees Celsius. The windows were locked shut, preventing any way of judging the outside temperature prior to dressing for the day ahead. The hairdryer was fixed in place, with a 'dead man's' on-switch, resulting in only one free hand to style hair and hold a brush. There was no night-time courtesy light to aid visiting the en suite and returning easily.

My family and i staid for 5 days. The whole stay was just delightful 😊 on check in the receptionist told us all the information we needed for the stay. Rooms are a great size for a buget hotel. Perfectly clean and confy. Dinner was great and the breakfast made the whole stay even more enjoyable. Will recommend to all of our friends

The best hotel,staff and was an amazing experience….clean and welcoming staff even the cleaning staff,recommended for everyone who wants a quiet and friendly environment I spent 7 days there and I was very pleased specially the restaurant and staff was really really friendly and welcoming

Really nice location. Reception always friendly, rooms are really quiet and clean. Restaurant was perfect for the breakfast Definitely recommend,extra coffee and milk available at reception Although staff was pretty busy every day, they always managed to pay attention and wish us good day.And the bar staff was amazing too.

Since i walked in, everything was super clean, staff was kind to us, always smile on their faces, always there to help, our room had a perfect view, so nice & also quiet, love the food from restaurant, and they've got a large variety of drinks at the bar. I've enjoyed my time there and i'll definetly come again.

Stay was good. Location was perfect. Sink Stopper was a bit old-fashioned and had to manually be opened Also, there was no way to charge your phone directly with your usb cable. Had to use a British socket

+ Friendly staff. + OK size room. + Good WiFi, though for normal speed you need to pay for the premium option (5 GBP per 24h). + No issues with water (hot and cold) supply. - Window does not open, room smells a bit stale. - Limited AC temperature selection range (20-25), and a bit smelly as well. - All normal daily housekeeping activities (towels change, room cleaning) need to be specifically requested every morning - very annoying, plus a couple of times we got only one set of fresh towel for 2 people - the issue was promptly resolved after letting reception know. - Stupid and dangerous shower-in-a-bathtub bathroom setup (though anti-slip bumps were applied in the bathtub) and water saving sink faucet and shower head - fairly annoying. - Lower than desired room cleanliness, some dust on the furniture, some stains on the carpet.
