Spring Hill Hotel Ruteng

Interesting hotel - a bit of an oasis. Hotel grounds are nice. Staff very friendly. Check room selection as woken at 4am by cockerel - no chance of sleep once it started. Breakfast was fine - small buffet. Not sure if restaurant is part of the hotel but felt quite ‘canteen like’ though staff very friendly.

Comfortable and quiet place to stay in Ruteng. The hotel rooms are situated around a grassy area with trees and lake which is very relaxing. Rooms good, quite comfortable, a little dark/damp but have everything you need. Breakfast is a small buffet. We ate at the restaurant which was okay and very quiet and convenient. We stayed here for a night during our travels through Flores. The gardens are lovely with massive fish ponds. Our room was basic but very clean however had very little lighting so you could not read in the evening. The bed was very comfortable. We had a meal in the restaurant in the evening and the food was fantastic. It’s a very popular restaurant with locals as well. Unfortunately couldn’t say the same for breakfast next morning very very limited choice. If you are in the area I would recommend this hotel .

Beautiful gardens and rooms. Lovely and helpful staff. Bathrooms were great, good water pressure!!! Kids loved fish pond. We had one deluxe suite and one triple suite for 2 adults and three kids. We felt comfortable with our teen and tween kids across the courtyard from us however would have been preferable to have them next door.

One night stay in a clean and well preserved lodge. The food is delicious. We lover our dinner and breakfast at the lodge. The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. Perfect location to visit the traditional villages and the spider rice fields.

Lovely hotel in Ruteng with big garden. Nice rooms and good bed. Restaurant at the site and simple but delicious breakfast with vegetarian an glutenfree options (rice). The water in Ruteng is delicious. Close to very good cafe (Kopi Mane). Be sure to try.

Het was ons meeste luxueus verblijf op Flores. Het hotel ligt rondom een prachtige tuin. De kamer was groot en zeer luxe. Het restaurant vonden wij zelf iets minder. Ook het ontbijt vonden wij niet bijzonder. Op andere plekke. In Flores welke minder luxe waren was dit beter. Maar als je overnacht in Ruteng zou ik dit hotel echt aanraden .

Lors de notre circuit à Flores, nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel avant de faire la croisière vers Komodo et autres îles. L' hôtel est très agréable et calme, pas trop proche de rues passantes. La chambre est confortable et bien équipée, on apprécie le très joli jardin, le service efficace et la restauration correcte (bons repas et petit déjeuner, mais choix un peu limité)
