What a fantastic apartment hotel. We absolutely loved it. I think we must have been upgraded as our apartment was far beyond our expectations. It was gorgeous, very spacious, with a pitched roof and twin aspect wrap around balcony which had the sun all day. The staff were wonderful. We went at a quiet time of year and Carlos (that isn't spelt correctly) looked after us from breakfast through to dinner. They were very accommodating of our dog. The washing machines and dryers in the laundry room where very handy and very reasonably priced. It's a great location, with a gentle downhill walk down the field into town. It would be a ski to and from location in the ski season and couldn't be better placed for the fabulous Hinterhag Alm apres ski hut. We hope to visit again in the future.

Lovely hotel, spacious comfortable rooms, relaxing bar area, nice restaurant, equipment room for ski gear and close proximity to the slopes, and personal, warm hospitality and attention. Lots of attention to detail that made our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend!

Nice location for skiing, well equipped apartment. The only complain: the selection of food for breakfast was limited (considering the price) and the same every day.

I was in Saalbach for the first time on a bicycle experience with some friends. The choice of accomodation was perfect for me. The apartment was comfortable, clean and very well kept. I enjoyed the availability of a bicycle storage room and garage. Breakfast had every desirable choice of beverages and food. The location of the Hotel is unbeatable: quiet but close to everything you may need.

What a perfect place to stay for a week of skiing over Christmas! A high quality experience all round. Fantastic facilities. Warm, modern, clean spacious apartments with awesome views across Saalbach/mountains. Ski in/ ski out. Huge ski area. Super friendly and helpful staff - they really made the difference to our holiday. Great restaurant with delicious breakfasts and even made us GF toast each day and they do dinner too. We didn’t have a car so they lent us their electric car to make a trip to the pharmacy & supermarket. An easy 10 minute walk stroll into the village and maybe 15 mins back but perfect way to end the evening after a big meal. Saalbach is a very pretty ski village, particularly at Xmas time, and nice and compact too with lifts coming right into the village. Was a perfect Xmas ski week for us with plenty of snow!

The positives , nice rooms , very clean new and well kitted out , breakfast was nice enough although bacon seemed a real problem and always met with rolled eyes when asked for more ! The negatives , whilst not far to ski slope and the walk into town was 5 minutes but be warned it’s down a narrow and very steep “double black” path which if snow covered would be treacherous - hotel did say this to us but it is super steep , the walk down the road is miles and not realistic , taxi back from town was 20 euros a night not ideal really if you want to look in Saalbach in the evening which you will because the restaurant staff are poor and unhelpful and bar shuts early and lifeless - Reception staff very helpful restaurant and bar staff less to to the point of surly and rude .. got yelled at from 20 yards by a member of staff as I walked out of breakfast with an apple “oi you can’t take that out of restaurant “ then made me go and read a small sign and leave it there in front of the whole restaurant ..it made me feel like a thief and whilst there is a small sign that you can’t take food from breakfast it was an apple to eat on the move to my room .. I have never ever been shouted at like that in any hotel I have ever stayed at ..incredulous and other guests all sympathised and said it was pathetic .. surely a discreet word would have been better suited if they really had to enforce this “rule” for a measly Apple ..I wasn’t walking out with a meal for 4 ! All in all it was reasonable price and clean and nicely fitted out but wouldn’t go again because of the location and staff .sorry it’s just how I feel about my experience ..

We verbleven in een Appartment Superior Spa. De kamer was ruim, proper en goed uitgerust. Het hotel heeft veel voorzieningen (zwembad, fietsverhuur, wasruimte, grote ondergrondse parkeergarage, …), en de Joker card is inbegrepen. Maar tegelijkertijd voelt het als een verblijf met twee gezichten. Wij ervaarden voor ons persoonlijk ook enkele minpunten: balkon niet privé, enkel gescheiden door een houten balkje; de buren konden bijgevolg van op hun terras in ons volledig appartement incl badkamer binnenkijken (vervelend voor ons maar ook voor hen) wat zorgt voor een gevoel van weinig privacy; bijgevolg ook veel geluid van de buren; het ontbijt was voldoende maar weinig verrassend; een optie verblijf zonder inbegrepen ontbijt hadden we liever gehad; en de receptie is vriendelijk maar niet altijd even doeltreffend. Ook op de afstand naar het centrum hadden we ons toch wat miskeken. Je bereikt het hotel te voet enkel via een zeer stijle shortcut of een te voet doenbare maar langere omweg. Je voelt je dus wat afgesloten van waar de actie is, tenzij je de auto neemt, en bovendien: het hotel zelf is ook doods. Geen noemenswaardige bar, het restaurant is of gesloten of leeg, en er is over het algemeen geen levendige vibe. Het restaurant biedt in het hoogseizoen tot slot geen takeaway, wat eveneens voelt als een gemiste kans. Al bij al zorgt dat voor een gevoel van een prima hotel met twee gezichten, waar we op basis van hun website en de prijs toch net een tikkeltje meer van hadden verwacht. Saalbach-Hinterglemm is een leuke bestemming voor een gezin met kinderen, maar de volgende keer kiezen we voor een hotel meer in het centrum.

Wir hatten ein Appartement mit extra Schlafzimmer und eigener Sauna im Bad. Es war alles super sauber, sehr geräumig und modern ausgestattet. Wir hatten einen großen Balkon mit Panoramablick auf die Berge! Wirklich toll! Das Babykit ist wirklich sehr umfangreich: Wickelunterlage, Hochstuhl, Gitterbettchen, Hocker, Windeleimer (ein Segen) und sogar eine Babybadewanne! Top! Für Fahrradfahrer ein Traum, denn es gibt pro Appartement einen sehr großzügigen, abschließbaren Bikekeller! Mega praktisch. Man kann im Restaurant Essen bestellen und auf dem Zimmer essen. Mit Kind und zu Corona Zeiten sehr angenehm. Aber etwas hochpreisig. Man kann in den Ort innerhalb von 5 Minuten laufen, allerdings einen steilen Berg runter und eben auch wieder hoch. Uns hat etwas für Kinder gefehlt. Ein kleiner Spielbereich/Spielplatz wo unser Zweijähriger sich noch mal hätte austoben können bevor es Abend wird. Aber als Paar absolut zu empfehlen!

Das Hotel liegt in ruhiger erhabener Lage, etwa 50 Hm vom Ort Saalbach in ca. 10 min zu Fuß auf steilem Gehweg oder 15-20 min auf der Straße zu erreichen. Es gibt leider keinen Wellnessbereich. Auf der 2. Ebene befindet sich ein kleiner Außenpool, jedoch keine Duschgelegenheit. Die Balkone der Appartements haben keine Trennwand und sind auch deswegen für alle Nachbarn einzusehen. Privatsphäre dadurch sehr eingeschränkt. Es befindet sich keine Klimaanlage im Appartement.
