Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was as described online- clean and comfortable. Towels were large and soft. My only negative was that the room didn't have a microwave, as described online. Not a huge deal for a one night stay, but it would've been nice to be able to heat water for a cup of tea or make some instant oatmeal if you missed the breakfast buffet time in the morning. We got to the breakfast as they were closing up, but was able to get some juice and cereal. Not sure what else was offered.

Third time we’ve stayed here. Indoor pool & hot tub are nice in cold weather and feel great after skiing. Great staff. Nice breakfast.

Room was ready when we arrived room was clean and comfortable. Staff was cordial and polite. Wife had surgery scheduled at 5AM found staff in kitchen to open door and let us out. stay was OK with no negatives.

GEEs, just want to let everyone know that when staying here at this hotel, ya better count ya blankets and pillows. Theu take a deposit for your stay and than when u check out, BEFORE they can give you your deposit back, they have someone go check the room you stay in to make sure all blankets, pillows and bed sheets is there. I have never ever have to counter anything like this before, where before u leave some have to go check your room. So something you guys need to know, count how many bed sheet, pillows and blankets you get because they will take it out of your deposit if its not all there. I usually take extra pillows and blankets and never thought this will happen to me.

Quietest room in a city hotel I've ever experienced. Top floor, back of building, rm 328. Offers a real breakfast. Not gourmet, basic but at least it's not just a muffin and granola bar. Scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, hard boiled eggs, poached eggs, yougurt, hot and cold cereal, bagels toast, English muffins, juice, coffee black tea. Friendly staff.

The hotel was clean but i was woken no less than 4 times by other guests or outside people

My experience was comfortable. I had a good stay and it was close to my destination. The staff were nice.

Shower was unacceptable. No pressure, old and extra restrictive shower heads. All soap dispensers were empty. It was clean, Saved money but won’t stay again.
