Staff, rooms and locations was the best. We have stayed here in the past and this is will always be our go to spot!!!

Had a nice stay at Best Western Bayfront. Location is great!!! Walking distance to everything, restaurants and shopping. Room was nice, but floors were dirty. Still recommend to everyone.

Great location - walk to restaurants, shops and museums. Do not stay here if you are a light sleeper. Busy area with bars

Had a wonderful stay again during the Christmas season to see the lights and the city. Staff were great and will stay again in the future

We love this place, our go to hotel every time we go to St. Augustine. Perfect location to walk to everything, friendly employees, clean roo.s and comfortable beds.

We enjoyed our stay. I only wished the water for shower was hotter. Was warm only. Also would have liked an extra blanket available, my mom gets cold and had to sleep in her pants. An extra blanket would have helped. Everyone from the front desk to parking was very kind and helpful. I would stay here again great location.

The location is excellent. The service at reception unfriendly. I didn’t understand why they charged extra for 2 queen bed instead of a King bed. Very unusual!! I did the booking for 2 rooms breakfast included. There were no breakfast, at all. It was a coffee machine at the reception, and a bag with water and a muffin. I think they should not sell a room with breakfast included. We spoke with other guess and they said that the receptionist gave them a voucher to go for the next door restaurant where they got a full service with eggs, bacon etc etc. I asked and they say it was only for special guess! Ah but we got nothing!! It is false advertising.!

Hotel is in a great location for walking around the colonial portion of St. Augustine. I've paid less per night for concierge level at Disney hotels, and we can bring more than one car per room. Hot water took forever. It's a nice clean place, and perhaps this is surge pricing for Nights of Lights, even with a lovely view of the channel, I don't think it's worth that kind of money.
