ヴィラ 1565(Villa 1565 - Saint Augustine)

This place was great. Out first trip to St. Augustine. We will be coming back. Every one at the hotel was so helpful and polite. Location was great and a great starter breakfast. Location was great. . The trolley pick us at the hotel. Great fun great history. If you go make sure to visit the place with the Big Cross . You can walk around it and find out about a lot of history. Don't forget about the pool they have at hotel Great trip for young and old

Our stay was wonderful the place was so cozy and nice. Our room was big and clean, the service was quick. the location was right in St. Augustine. Everything was in walking distance. We would go back again! 

We just expected it to be nicer since it was right in the middle of all the entertainment. Just looked run down starting in the front office and our room was the same. Our room smelled like old wet carpet. Our toilet didn’t flush and when we went to the front desk to let them know she ask if she could give us the plunger and can we fix it.

We had difficulty in travelling that night and the manager even called us to see if we were okay. Because we came so late we did not get to enjoy the town. We didn't care for the decor it was very sterile and cold.

The front desk staff was excellent: thorough and informative. While the room was clean, the tile floors needed a deep clean, not just a mop. The accessible room was very large, as was the bathroom. They need a bit of art or color so they’re not quite so stark, and a comfortable side chair. The price was what brought us, and it was a fair price for the property. Located right next to the Fountain of Youth, which was convenient.

Older hotel. Room looked recently remodeled. Near some attractions in St. Augustine but too far to walk to old downtown area but is not a far drive.

It was so close to excellent except for the stained old chair in the room. The renovation was great. The shower was so strong it almost hurt. We loved that it was a trolley stop. We will recommend to others.

I felt uneasy about the lack of safety. Door lock was shifty, windows did not have sheers and proper blackout drapes for privacy.

Pool was very cold. Motorcycle group came in, set up a food trailer that had a generator running all hours.
