ホテル アストリア(Hotel Astoria)

I stayed at Astoria for two weeks during a work trip, made comfortable thanks to Inge and Stephane, two very hospitable hosts and also extremely helpful. The bedroom is spacious and bathroom cosy. Their evening meal selection is appetising (far more satisfying than other hotels I could mention in the vicinity). I am particularly grateful to Inge and Stephane, who both supported me while I had a small injury, helping me find medical help. They also volunteered very useful information i.e. using a wonderful company called ToToom, which transported me to the airport in comfort, and shaving 2 hours off my trip. I shall be going back next week with pleasure. Really feels home from home.

Very lovely hotel! My hotel room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable !! very friendly staff greeted me when I got there as an added bonus!! And they were very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again

I cannot fault the service that this hotel provides. The family that run it are wonderful, and go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is as pleasant as possible. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting St. Etienne. It is in a quiet location with very well presented rooms and facilities.

Friendly and welcoming hosts on arrival and during our stay. The breakfast is superb, with artisan produce and homemade yoghurts, jams and juices. Only downside was the room didn't have AC, which can be a little difficult during high summer.

TRES BIEN Accueil remarquable et personnel hyper aimable et attentif Hotel très propre et très calme Literie parfaite. Parkings privatifs. Mini bar et salon au rez Salle de ping pong très appréciée Petits déjeuners complets et avec de très bons produits naturels ou fait maison MOINS BIEN L'hotel ne fait pas restaurant mais on peut manger sur site grace à un service traiteur extérieur. C'est une restauration pratique et satisfaisante mais un peu "pingre" sur les ingrédients qualitatifs. Peu de choix de vins pour les repas mais c'est plutôt normal compte tenu du concept d'hotel sans restauration intégrée. La salle à manger mériterait une décoration, une ambiance et une température plus chaleureuses. C'était un peu froid physiquement et contextuellement, et un peu sonore.
