カザウデオール、ホテルドシャルム・オ・ヴェール(Cazaudehore la Forestiere Hotel)

It was a wonderful stay! Staff was fantastic and the food was amazing! Our only frustration was people smoking near our open window. We are not used to cigarette smoke.

Enjoyed a peaceful stay in a very comfortable room and with friendly staff. Thank you. Only bemol was the lack of tennis courts as advertised on **********. Local courts are available at 30€/hour.

Spent a weekend at Cazaudehore, visiting family in Le Vesinet. Enjoyed the hotel, even though the room and interior is a bit dated. The big disappointment was the restaurant where we had breakfast. First morning, the power was out. Accidents can happen to anyone, but the important thing is how these are handled and how they treat their guests in those situations. Here, we came in to a dark restaurant, with one waiter and another guy running around. No one addressed us, explaining the situation or giving any sort of information. After 2-3 minutes, we just sat down at a table and started helping ourselves at the very limited and cold buffet, while the waitor continued to ignore us. The 2nd day, the power was restored. However the waitor was still running around, now together with several others. The restaurant was 75% full but we were still left standing for 5 minutes, without anyone offerings us a table. After asking twice for a table, the 2nd time pointing to one specific, we were seated. But only to find a buffet where all warm dishes, juice bottles and cold cuts were empty. No one ever came to our table but we ended up walking to the waitors, who were running as headless chickens arond in the restaurant. ordering an omelett, some hot milk for the coffee etc. All in all, it was totally clear that the restaurant operated without any sort of management. No one showing us to a table, no one coming to take orders, no removing used plates etc.

Séjour en équipe professionnelle de 3 jours. Accessibilité en transport en commun excellente. Parking sur place pour ceux qui viennent en voiture. Côté hôtel le charme de l ancien (ce qui signifie un peu vieillot) mais literie en état chambre de belle surface et propre. Très bien. Côté salle de réunion pareil. Vieillot mais presque bien. La poignée de la porte cassée et pas de ménage de la salle pendant 3 jours. Par contre côté restaurant avis très négatif ! Cuisine prétentieuse mais simplement pas bonne. Exemple saumon mal cuit. Trop pour un mi cuit pas assez pour du cuit. Dans tous les cas raté. Et un amour immodéré des cuisines pour les navets et chou rouge pendant 4 repas d affilés. Salade froide terre mer = mélange au hasard sans goût. Des spaetzle a peine égouttes et nettement trop cuit. Et le pire une viande rouge que je peux juste qualifiée de semelle dure. Même les œufs brouillés du petit déjeuner sont inconstant et pas bon. Amabilité du personnel très variable. De très agréable à franchement pas. Bref la partie restauration gâche totalement le séjour et explique ma note globale.

La chambre (suite junior) était plus jolie en photo malheureusement... Le prix est trop élevé par rapport à la qualité de la suite... Payer presque 300€ pour 1 nuit et 2 petit-déjeuners est excessif quand la chambre n'est pas exceptionnelle...

Charmant hôtel "à l'ancienne" dans un cadre un peu rétro. Chambre confortable, cadre calme et serein dans la forêt, très bon petit déjeuner et très bon accueil ! A recommander pour séjour au calme à Saint-Germain en Laye !

Hôtel confortable et très accueillant mais de conception ancienne. Le personnel est aux petits soins, présent 24h/24. L'hôtel est bien chauffé. Le nécessaire de toilette est très complet. Par contre, la conception étant ancienne, il manque des prises de recharge rapide USB, le fonctionnement de la baignoire a été amélioré depuis 50 ans, ... bref on sent que la rénovation globale de l'hôtel date d'environ 50 ans.

Malgré un accès difficile pour les non habitués le reste du séjour fut à la hauteur ! Beaucoup d’amabilité 😃👍 Si vous passez dans la région, n’hésitez pas vous ne serez pas déçus mais attention au tram 🤨

Personnel très accueillant. Un restaurant avec une carte réduite mais de très bon plats et un sommelier qui a de très bon conseils. Situé un en périphérie de st germain en Lay c'est un endroit calme et reposant qui est accessible en voiture ou en transport en commun. Un séjour de trois nuits superbe. Un très bon accueil a tous les niveaux (restaurant, hôtel, renseignements sur des endroits à visiter …). Un espace détente à l’hôtel pour lire ou boire un thé ou un café. Un long week-end qui s’est transformé en vacances, une adresse à recommander.
