We had a great 4 days, Sebastian was very helpful. The location in the village centre and only 10 minutes easy walk to the Ski Gondola was ideal. A free Ski bus could be taken near to the hotel. St Gervais is a perfect location for exploring the ski areas of St Gervais, Megeve & Les Contamines.

Wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of the town, walking distance to bars, shops and restaurants including Michelin Star! Sebastian the owner is a superb host always there with a smile and warmth that made our stay so memorable. Thank you. Free parking in the main car park a 2 minute walk to the hotel. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel was small but VERY welcoming. We arrived slightly early and Sébastien let us check into our room at 3pm instead of the usual 4pm. We left our bags when we arrived early at the hotel and had a little walk round the town, by the time we got back Sébastien had already took our bags up to our room for us which was a very thoughtful and kind gesture. We stayed in the deluxe room and it was a gorgeous room with an up to date bathroom with a shower. We had a lovely balcony which has gorgeous views of the mountains and the town. During our stay we did not opt for breakfast but the offer was there if we did want it. The only slight downfall would be that there is a rule that you cannot eat in the rooms due to hygiene reasons and if you do then there will be a €150 fine. This was a bit of a awkward issue for me and my partner as at the end of the day in a hotel we would normally sit in bed with a tea / coffee and biscuits and wind down for the evening but unfortunately we wasn’t able to do this. This however was not a major issue and did not impact our stay in any way at all. Our stay at the hotel was 10/10 and would recommend it to anyone! It was local to the town with everything in a 10 minute walk reach. We did rent a car as on the hotel website it stated there was 300 parking spaces in Escape Mont Blanc but please be wary that we did struggle to find a parking space every night when we was here. We only got parked in the multi story car park once and had to drive around 10-15 minutes to find an alternative!

Sébastien as all the reviews say is fabulous, he is so welcoming, very helpful right from the booking stage to answering a million of my questions during our stay. The hotel is immaculate and so beautiful, he has furnished it so well! The room was stunning, a really comfortable bed, lovely balcony and fab shower. We will be back and will send family and friends to! Thank you 🙏

We absolutely loved this hotel. It’s perfectly located and has a really cosy chalet feel to it. Sebastian was so friendly and welcoming and saved the day when our car broke down just as we needed to head to the airport. Great breakfast too- we will definitely be back!

This hotel was a delight! Sebastien was so attentive and helpful. The location was ideal. I loved the boutique feel with the mix of classic chalet hotel with modern decor and touches. We felt very welcome as a family. We loved it so much we reserved for next year on our departure!

Nice place in the centre of the village. Great welcome and always friendly familial staff. Very tastefully decorated and very cozy with a limited number of rooms. Great breakfast with a good choice. Definitely would come back

I had the pleasure to stay at Hotel Coeur des Neiges on a very winter-like weekend, with lots of snow from morning to evening. Yet, I enjoyed every second of it! Sebastien and his dad were really welcoming and making sure I felt comfortable at every point of my stay. The breakfast was amazing, the bed was comfortable and the view to the mountains is the best part! Very well located too, in the charming city center of Saint Gervais. I recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to spend a lovely stay at an affordable price! I'm already thinking on when I'm coming back ;)

Je recommandé chaleureusement cet hôtel en plein centre de Saint Gervais. Tout y est parfait, l’accueil de notre hôte, l’ambiance de l’hôtel avec sa décoration cosy et soignée, les chambres très confortables et très propres. Tout le personnel est très gentil. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et copieux et la salle de petit déjeuner est très agréable. Notre séjour à été vraiment parfait et le patron est extrêmement gentil et de bons conseils. Vraiment nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir ! Merci d’offrir cette bulle de bien être au pied du Mont Blanc!
