Very clean, quiet, and well kept. Good location to visit the town. Only downside was the absolutely tiny shower, but it didn’t have an impact on our stay. Would definitely stay here again if I could guarantee a ground floor room. The building is very tall with a few floors. Luckily we were allocated a downstairs room, but after seeing the stairwell, we counted ourselves lucky. Overall though, thoroughly enjoyed our stay, very comfy bed, and lovely room layout.

This a lovely place if your looking for just a place to sleep, The bed is really comfortable and clean, the only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 is because the bathroom and shower, if you are large build you will find the shower a bit tight for you as I medium build and just able to stand in there and the ceiling needs sorting as mould growing though. But the women on reception was friendly and polite and very welcoming. Lovely place to stay

Lovely and welcoming hotel., right on the seafront. Spacious yet cosy rooms with amazing views, and very central. We were here for a film festival in the centre and it was the ideal location. Recommended

Had a lovely time. It was very windy, and was nice to listen to the waves. Good that the dogs were welcome too.

Really comfortable and peaceful stay. I was concerned about the noise because of previous reviews but we were in room 10 on the top floor and barely noticed the main road. We had to move the car a couple of times, but it was easy to manage with RingGo. The room was a good size and there was a comfortable seating area and a fridge. Great to have a sea view.

We stayed at this hotel and found it very convenient and clean. The hostess arranged everything to our convenience and we found her very welcoming. We stayed in the family room with the ocean view and found everything working as expected and enjoyed a good night’s sleep. We were very happy with our stay and we will stay here again.

Property is clean and quiet and well located to walk around hastings. The rooms are a bit small but for the price good value for money and the rooms are clean and newly renovated.

This hotel has had a complete makeover and has been done to a good standard. Lovely views of the seafront and the pier. There was some road noise in the room but did not bother us, the comfy bed soon sent us off to sleep. One issue was no hot water during our stay, but we were only there a couple of nights (one of them Sunday) and I am sure the problem would have been sorted if we asked. There is parking outside the hotel, but only free between 8pm and 9am and spaces are limited.
