my room was on the 6th floor (625)right below the bar/night club. This was on a Friday night. I wanted peace and quiet in my room after a long drive to St. louis. I not only heard the music but felt the bass. Called the front desk. They did lower the music and bass. The front desk did agree to switch my room the next day. If you book, ask Element not to put you on the 6th floor!

Staff was nice, and the free breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. We stayed 2 nights and the room did not get cleaned. We did not see any signs saying it wouldn’t be cleaned or any other mention of it. We called the second day and asked for towels/washcloths but they never brought them up. Also, at check in they said valet was required; no parking options.

Parking situation was complicated for people unfamiliar with the area. Walls in room were so thin I was woken up at 5am by the person next door talking on speaker phone to someone and it was so loud it was like they were in the room with me. Beautiful building though, lots of amenities.

Nice new hotel with great rooftop bar. Location is a bit isolated; few food and beverage options within walking distance. Rooms large and include mini-kichen, but quite sterile. And whats with the no little shelf in the shower? Where am I supposed to put my soap and shampoo…..on the floor, of course!

If you don't know about the Comedy Festival, know you know. and this location is great for walking to all the sites (.7 -1.5 mi) Also a great fitness center. We decided to pay the $28 dollars for valet parking and service was great. It was great to be so close to The Foundry (across the street) and IKEA is about 1/4 miles away. Pickleman's, Humphrey"s and Jimmy Johns are even closer than the Foundry Food Court. Pillows were so great that my wife is ordering one from the manufacturer. Breakfast has 2 served offerings and one morning they had great strawberry pancakes. We plan to return here next year.

The staff of the Element Midtown are some of the finest in the industry! They make you feel welcome from the time you step out of your car to the time you check out. They are more than willing to help with any questions you have and are always friendly and accommodating. Plus, if you are a returning guest they usually remember you and welcome you back!

Conveniently located walking distance of city winery city foundry etc

There was hair in the bathroom shower and counter. Obviously it was not wiped down. But overall the hotel felt clean.
