オテル デ 3 ヴァレー(Hotel 3 Vallees)

One of the best ski resort hotel experiences I’ve had the chance to live. Came here for a long weekend as a last-minute decision. Everything turned up smooth, with a super friendly hotel and restaurant team, always happy to help and chat and never giving the impression they’ve had enough of their day. And this is already April, the end of the ski season, so they could have been tired of their guests… and each of them went the extra mile to address any of my requests. A shoot out to their director who runs the place in such a seemingly relaxed mode (and surely not that relaxed - well done!,,) Rooms are super nicely appointed and comfy. Bed was perfect, view upon the slopes and the distant mountains super refreshing. Don’t be cheap and order the humidifier option when you book your room - you’re high up in the mountains and it’s really dry up here. Breakfast is incredibly good, whatever gets you going in the morning. Being French I tend to go crazy on bread and pastries but I couldn’t help sneaking some salmon and blini. I could see the Brits happily digging into the cooked section… Should you be lazy or simply tired in the evening, don’t go out, just stick inside and enjoy a superbly imaginative cuisine at the hotel’s restaurant. Icing on the cake is the simple spa section, based on a first come first served registration process in the morning to keep the area limited to 5 people at a time, for 45 minutes of pure relaxation after a long day on the slopes. Should I come back here? Without any doubt and I can’t wait to next year to actually do so and enjoy my annual ski fix. Bravo to the whole team once again.

Stayed with family of 4 in April 2024 for spring ski trip. Amazing hotel and staff. Very homey feeling and welcoming. 100% ski out and ski in with a short walk and elevator up to the hotel. Excellent location on the slopes. We had a family room with bunk beds for the kids facing the slopes with great views. Staff was very helpful, especially Sebastian who was responsive before and during our stay. Bought loft tickets directly from hotel before we arrived at discounts. Also used their ski shop referral at discount which was perfect and convenient and right across the street. We only had breakfast which was fine. Nice cozy bar up front with good selections/ prices relative to elsewhere in town. Overall excellent value in the area. 3 valleys is an amazing ski experience, best of many resorts we have done in Europe. We are planning to book here again next year.

Coziest hotel! The staff (Alex and Sebastian) is super attentive and make your holiday special and smooth. Great views in every corner - loved the bar area and super convenient location in town next for to many restaurants. Will be back to this gem for sure!

Very friendly boutique hotel with fantastic style and a lovely welcoming bar. The spa is small and you need to book a slot in the morning, but that means that it won't be over-crowded and it's more relaxing to use. The hotel is not ski-in/out, but that didn't bother me as it was just a short walk to the nearest skiable access. I look forward to returning.

What a wonderful stay at Hotel 3 Valleys. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff could do enough to welcome us. The rooms were great and the food was delicious. Thank you for going above and beyond to make our stay one to remember. The staff helped with booking transfers, ski passes, recommendations and booking restaurants and assuring we had a holiday to remember. A special thank you to Sebastian on front of house, you were lovely and so helpful.

This is a perfect boutique hotel in the middle of Val Thorens. The customer service from Sebastien at the front desk through all the team was exemplary. From the moment we arrived, we were met with a friendly and personal level of customer service and the staff remembered our name. The half board food from the restaurant, La Confidential, was excellent, with a combination of high level cuisine, choice and again with excellent customer service. Prior to arrival, Sebastien arranged our taxi transfers to and from Moutier train station, pre booked and presented our ski passes at arrival and also provided arrangements and a discount at the Skiset ski hire shop, which is directly opposite the hotel. The rooms are very stylish with old style wood and modern bathrooms. The spa is modern with a very hot steam room, Sauna and jacuzzi. You book a 45 minute slot each morning, to keep the numbers to a handful so relaxed. It is near ski in ski out, with ski out around 20 metres from the front door, to a ski path onto the main Val Thorens ski bowl area. Ski in is either a 4 min walk from the Plan Sud side or 4 min walk from the top of the carpet lift, via the carrefour lift. We had a great week and if you are looking for a relaxed and quality hotel, with that personal touch, this is a great hotel to experience!

Hotel decor is a nice combination of cozy and contemporary Savoyard. Service and very kind and accommodating. Sebastien at the front desk is particularly helpful. Perfect location for going out to dinner and walking around town but there's a 5 minute walk back to the hotel from the slopes even though it's practically ski-out. Confidentiel, the hotel restaurant, offers a high level of service and cuisine. Breakfast is just fine but nothing spectacular.

Just, for us, the best hotel ever! Such caring, kind and simply on it people. The communication between the team is so slick and all are friendly and work tirelessly for the magic of your holiday. The food was so delicious. They have such a genius in the kitchen. These great people are: Sébastian, Lily, Evan, Illan, CJ, Lolita, Mariana, Alex. Such hard working, talented and effortless individuals. Everything seemed so natural to them. Such a lovely holiday.

The customer service is exceptional, the whole team cannot do enough to make your stay comfortable and stress free. Thank you Sebastian, Lilly, CJ, Ivan and Elan and everyone else behind the scenes. The food is beyond expectations and the spa is great.
