The Reception staff were vey helpful and the parking is a bit of a maze to get to but spacious and secure. Not sure in busy time whether spaces would be available as it was full when we were there in low season. The appar**ent was very clean and met out needs well. Just a tip.. take your own rubbish bag and toilet rolls as these are not refilled after initial supply. The location was great for walking to the harbour and close to post office/cashpoint etc. There were also many tourist shops on the route to meet everyones needs plus chemists etc. Bicycle hire was available at an extra cost and was reasonable with high deposit against loss theft. They do not have electric cycles for hire. Harbour restaurants were all reasonable but none stood out above the others.

Probably the worst hotel We’ve ever stayed in. We paid £700 for a 3 night stay and for this money expect a lot more. The communal areas were dark, dirty, dingy and desperately in need of a coat of paint. The whole building stank of cigarettes which as non smokers we found unacceptable. Our room was on the 2nd floor so had no outside space, it was dark, stuffy, and smelt unpleasant, the beds were the most uncomfortable we’ve ever slept in and we got virtually no sleep. The mattresses were thin and on hard boards, we were supplied with bedding and had to make the beds up ourselves. The photographs on the website are a very poor representation of the real thing. We feel we have been well and truly ripped off! The resort however is lovely and the hotel is perfectly located. Such a shame!!

Our experience here was terribly awful. First, the room is shabby and there is nothing like 4-star. It smells bad and the bed is uncomfortable. The dish washing machine is broken. Don’t be fooled by their photos on *********** or their website. And on our last day, they said we didn’t start the dish washing machine before leaving and charged us 65 euros… When we checked in, no one informed us about their “cleaning policy,” and they said it was on the brochure (no one told us it’s necessary to read the brochure as well…). I mean no one should be assumed to read your brochure and check your strict cleaning policy… The location is good and the receptionist is helpful. Except for these, everything is terrible.

Great property, excellent swimming pool. Highly recommended.

Lovely place with a nice pool and grounds

Bâtiments plus que vieillissant, piscine minuscule et froide, sauna et hammam qui ne fonctionne pas. Petits rez-de-jardin sans aucune intimité. Nous sommes très déçu de ce pierre et vacances et par l ile de Ré en général, paysages plus que monotone, les gens pas sympathique. Les voitures roulent tres vites ne laissent pas les vélos passer, j ai failli me faire renverser a un rond point....C est un endroit plus m as tu vu qu autre chose. Rien d extraordinaire nous sommes venus nous avons vus nous ne reviendront plus.

plusieurs points négatifs pour ce pierre et vacances très vieillissant : le logement ne comporte aucune séparation entre la chambre et la cuisine/salon , l’état de salubrité est déplorable, aucune intimité avec les voisins , et vis à vis direct avec le local à vélo ! salle de bain médiocre. tout le logement a besoin d’un vrai rafraîchissement et d’un autre aménagement . très déçus . nous avons même trouvé un escargot sur la plinthe de cuisine ( le ménage a t’il réellement été fait ???) . nous ne reviendrons pas .

Très bon accueil, proche du centre ville, parking accessible Appartement (34) Gros problème pour avoir de l’eau chaude matin et soir Cabinet de douche à l’entrée pas d’arrivée d’eau au lavabo wc fuite donc pas d’eau pour l’évacuation…… Piscine à moitié accessible
