ストーン ウィロー イン(Stone Willow Inn)

Our wedding party stayed here in October for my daughters wedding. The reservation was changed 3 times due to COVID. Trying to get in touch with this inn is nearly impossible. The direct line is answered by the manger who is never onsite. It takes days to get a call back and the rooms are $200 per night. This does not include any kind of breakfast. The on-site restaurant opens at 11 but you must vacate your room by 10. There was no discount for booking a block of rooms for a wedding. We had it booked for 2 nights. No clean towels were delivered and beds were not made. No one was ever at the front desk. We originally had the suite booked but was unable to get it once our date was changed. However not one person was seen in the inn on those 2 days. It was a very frustrating experience but it was the only place close to the venue. Definitely not worth the money!

The management here is awful. Called me out of the blue to cancel our room for my son's wedding and wouldn't tell me why. When I pressed for more information, she hung up on me. When my future daughter in law and her mom called them, they got foul language and also got hung up on. All the guests for my son's wedding are getting cancelled and they won't be told why. Now we have to contact them and give them some sort of explanation. I've never seen this level of unprofessionalism and rudeness from a hotel before. Happy not to ever give them business and will be sure to let people know not to deal with them.
